Service had me come to the shop 3 times before getting the right part. Ed told me he would discount the labor to make up for it. He Quoted me 180 dollars to fix my truck. His discount was 4 dollars. I paid 176 dollars for the repair. It was like a slap in the face. I wouldn't be reviewing him now if he would have never made that offer and then break it. Your word is everything Ed.

Awesome service from James in sales Thank you Rose

If you are out to buy a new or used vehicle you need to call James at Schicker Ford in Union,Mo. He will go above and beyond to get you in what you want. All i did is tell him what kind of truck i was looking for. He did all the work in finding that perfect truck for me. Also just in case that didnt work out he always had a back up plan. First person in sales that i have ever met that wont lie to you nor tell you what you want to hear. I absolutely hate shopping for a vehicle and he made it simple and fun. James will always be the guy i go to if i need a vehicle. Thank you for everything James

James Wood Salesman

My wife was looking for a new car to fit her petite size. We looked at a variety of autos and was about to give up. Then she spotted one that had just came in, and found it could be what she needed. We took it for a drive and it was perfect We are well pleased with it and all the dealership people that helped make our shopping experience worthwhile. An extra thank you to our salesman James Wood. Painless Car Buying

The was a very painless car buying experience. The salesman helped us to find what we wanted in the price range we wanted. They didn't use any high pressure sales tactics to try to sell us on something we didn't want or couldn't afford. We left with exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. Even the finance side was easy.

Great Car Buying Experience

Rick was a HUGE help. He got me in and out of the dealership in no time with my dream car (Cadillac CTS Coupe). He made sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing the entire process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Setting the standard for customer service

This is by far the friendliest, most efficient, cost efficient and professional dealership I have ever dealt with in multiple countries. They go out of their way to help you and fix your vehicle. I can not say enough praise to portray how grateful I am to the help they gave me when my vehicle broke down in the area.

Jeep Wrangler sahara

Came from 3 hrs away to buy used car- salesman was inexperienced and financial manager very rude and aggressive. Ended up buying car and got home to find immediate oil leak- was supposed to have been inspected and checked out! Very poor service all round bad experience- would never go back or recommend.

All lies

Buyer beware. This company sells used vehicle that are not inspected with no upkeep on them I spent 40,000.00 on an f250 lemon with multiple problems. As soon as I left the dealer truck had no radiator fluid in it. But they just told me during purchase it was fully inspected and everything was fine. They did not honor warranty. 1100.00 for a new radiator when they told me it was already replaced. Now a few months later no refrigerant and s bad compressor 1500.00 no warranty they said. But it was inspected they said. Do not buy from these guys I will be contacting the news channels, all reviews, ico, yelp, Facebook, to warn everyone about this company. I know this review won't stay up because the dealership has access to deleting it but I will keep posting it once a week.

I apologize that you feel this way about your purchase. We did indeed replace the radiator before you purchased the vehicle and did not know that you had issues with it after the purchase. We want all of our customers to have a positive experience and that's why we include a no charge 2 year powertrain warranty, even on vehicles with 100,000 miles. We did indeed offer you an extended, more comprehensive service contract for purchase which would've covered the radiator and the a/c, however you declined all additional coverage. This vehicle was purchased back in August during the hot weather and I assure you that if there would've been an issue with the air conditioning, it would've been addressed.
