Great experience

Fast and easy sale, they beat all the other dealers, I worked with 6 other Chrysler dealers on the internet, this was the best all around that I dealt with, very enjoyable experience.

dennis is a very knolageable and friendly easly going someone you can talk to about what your looking for and if he doesnt have it in stock he will go the extra mile to find what you want and at an affordable price i have bought two trucks and two jeep wanglers from him over the past 6 yrs and continue to do buissness with dennis he makes me feel like family hes just a good old down home boy that make car buying easy and relaxing exsperiance

I have to commend Bill Brunner on his patience. It is a...

I have to commend Bill Brunner on his patience. It is a hobby for my husband to look for new vehicles. As such, he and I have been in and out of Jeff Wyler for the past few years looking at trucks and jeeps. We would go in mostly after hours to browse around, but once in a while we would go in during business hours. When we would, it always seemed to be Bill that would greet us and answer all of our questions and whatnot. I knew the day was getting closer to where his looking was going to turn into buying. He finally he got brave enough to go in during business hours and actually test drive a Ram, and guess what? Yes, it was Bill once again that greeted us. After the test drive, I burst their bubble by saying I simply could not justify the expense of a vehicle in that price range that we would not utilize on a daily basis. My husband was deflated. We continued to look for another couple of weeks and he just kept going back to how much he loved the Ram. I just could not take another day of his anguish, so I drove down to the dealership myself on Memorial Day, and this time was greeted by another salesman. I asked to speak with Bill, and when he saw who it was, he did not roll his eyes or say I’m too busy for these lot-flies, he came right over to me and asked how he could help. He and I discussed the incentives that were being offered on the Ram’s and he once again answered all of my questions. I went home with the information, and advised Bill that I would have my husband call him if he was interested. Needless to say, after 3 years of patience, Bill sold us a Ram this past Saturday! I will not go into the length of time it took my husband to decide on what color he wanted!!! We have purchased a number of vehicles in the past 14 years, but this was by far one of the most pleasurable experiences we have ever had. Bill as well as the entire team at Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg was as friendly and professional as can be. Bill, we truly appreciate your patience!! He is still on cloud 9 and cannot stop looking outside at his new ride!

Gabe was the best salesman that i have ever had the...

Gabe was the best salesman that i have ever had the chance to work with. He did not quit until we were in a vehicle that we were satisfied with. He was in constant contact with us either through email or by phone. I would recommend him to anyone that i come in contact with to get a vehicle from. If i had to give a score for Gabes from 0 to 100 i would give him 150 because he went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle. We ended up getting a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan it is a great van. I am so thankful we went to Jeff Wyler. Thank you Gabe for getting us in a vehicle that we absolutely love.

Bill was very helpful over the internet so my time at the dealer wasn't wasted. We were able to agree on a price and I got out of the dealer in less than an hour. The paperwork was ready when I got there so that didn't take any time either. Thanks for a good experience.

It Doesn't Get Any Better!

Thenk you Bill Brunner. Terrific experience! I arrived in the rain and Bill met me with a smile and enthusiasm, showing me trucks outside "in the rain". Courteous knowledgeable sales, low to 'no' pressure sales, just good solid advice and expertise and experience. Bill made me look good in front of my wife at the closing. What a great way to purchase a truck, get the customer's wife to get excited about it. Bill even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase and paperwork. The whole process took only about 60 minutes, from test drive till we were 'out the door' excited about our new truck. Living in Cincinnati, I had an almost unlimited dealer selection very near home. It was well worth the nice scenic drive along the river to Lawrenceburg to deal with the nice folks there. Initially I was a bit concerned about buying a vehicle in Indiana as an Ohio resident. Jeff Wyler auto group, serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, is one of the top 50 auto groups nationwide, so this out of state purchase was a breeze. How could it get any better? Keep Looking UP! Very efficient and friendly staff. In for oil change at 9AM out and back to work by 930AM. Purchased my Jeep Wrangler last summer from Bill Bennett. Will continue to use the service department and recommend to friends for a great dealership and service center.
