The whole process took only about 60 minutes, from test drive till we were 'out the door' excited about our new truck. Living in Cincinnati, I had an almost unlimited dealer selection very near home. It was well worth the nice scenic drive along the river to Lawrenceburg to deal with the nice folks there. Initially I was a bit concerned about buying a vehicle in Indiana as an Ohio resident. customer service was fast, friendly and to the point, no hassles, they went and retrieved the vehicle we desired immediately. No unexpected fees in the transaction and did not have to haggle to get the price i expected. bill made sure everything was ready to go even through it was 3 hours past closing time.
