I had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. Paul, my salesman, was hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Randy in finance was equally impressive. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel easy and straightforward. He clearly explained all my options, was transparent, and worked to get me a great deal that fit my situation perfectly. The level of professionalism, honesty, and customer care from both Paul and Randy really set this dealership apart. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We were just beginning our search for a newer car to replace our 2012 Terrain. The 2012 Terrain served us well! When we were greeted by Nicki Hope, we felt comfortable. We saw a 2026 Terrain on lot and Nicki made a test drive possible. We loved the car so we talked with Don Sinclair who was also very easy to work with. My husband and I were going take some time to think but we realized Sinclair made an offer we couldn’t walk away from. We now park our beautiful new GMC in the garage, waiting for our 1st roadtrip!

I'm from out of state (Pa) and I shopped locally for the Enclave. I found all the local salespeople to be rude and very unprofessional. They didn't take the time to answer my questions. All they wanted was a quick sale. So, that's when I decided to shop outside of my area. I was dealing with a couple different dealerships. But without a doubt Dave Sinclair was the better of them. Jared (salesmen) was extremely helpful from the very start. Even answered my questions on his day off. He was very honest and detailed. When our deal was done, he still was available to me. Randy in the finance dept. was the same. Very professional detailed oriented. As an owner of a Landscape company I will definitely consider buy any future work trucks from Sinclair.

I had an amazing experience at David Sinclair Buick/GMC South County. I want to give a shoutout to Brian Body for being incredibly patient especially when I had my 7 month old son with me. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions, very honest and truly went above and beyond. Brian made sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Randy was also awesome when it came to gathering all the paperwork and making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was easy and stress free! I can’t thank Brian and Randy enough for the great customer service. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right, I definitely recommend David Sinclair Buick/GMC South County

Fantastic buying experience from start to driving away. Our sales person Nicki was absolutely amazing knew what she was doing and had us on our way in our new car in less than 3 hours. I will buy my next car from Dave Sinclair and recommend them to everyone.
