Glockner of Ironton

Bought a 2006 Sierra Denali. I feel like I was given a fair price, there was no hassle, and I had an over all pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado P/U from Glockner of Ironton. Sam Schwed was the salesman I dealt with and I can't say enough good things about him....He was excellent and provided great service. I would recommend Sam and Glockner of Ironton to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Found my truck online, called and spoke with Sam. He went above and beyond to describe every detail of the vehicle since I was a hour and a half away. We basically had the deal completed over then phone. When I arrived there were no surprises. The truck was as described even down to small blemishes as I was buying used. I would absolutely buy again from Glockner and I can't say enough about how helpful Sam was during the process.

Wanted to buy one more truck and get it paid for before retiring. Saw this one sitting on the lot and stopped in to look. Not there more than a few minutes when Fred came out to talk with me. Came back the following Monday and hunted Fred down and bought the truck.

I had found a 2009 Chevy Silverado while looking online. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and the salesman I spoke with was very friendly. He scheduled a time that day for me to come out and test drive the vehicle. Upon arriving the staff was very courteous and was able to answer my questions. I test drove the vehicle and decided immediately to purchase it. Steve Duty quickly and professionally worked out a deal for me. Everyone was very helpful during the whole process. I would definitely use them again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

To purchase used car greeted by Steve Duty and showed the car to me offered test drive came back he then proceeded the trade in procedure handle of transaction very professional. Took care of everything then I purchased car.

Went to Glockner of Ironton to look at a new/used car. Sam showed me the car I was interested in. I test drove it and fell in love. Sam was great. He completed all my paperwork and helped me buy the car I wanted. He went above and beyond in my eyes helping me figure out all the workings of the car. Joe in Finance was also a big help in explaining my warranty options and getting the right coverage for me. I highly recommend Glocknervof of Ironton. All the employees I had contact with were very nice and very helpful. Thanks to Sam I'm driving the car of my dreams.

my husband and I went to your used store and Derick was a big help and a lot of information about my 2013 Malibu .He is very good about keeping us busy talking to us while are paper work was being processed . Due to new software and everyone learning . It took a little longer then it should of ..But Derick was keeping us talking Thank you the Penteks

Enjoyed the experience, did not fill pressured, felt like family, really took time with us, wanted to make us happy, so glad we went there, Sam is the best ever!

This was our second purchase and as always Steve duty was the most professional and helpful and made sure all of our needs were taken care of
