DJ was the first and last person I dealt with at Glocker. He was the first to welcome me the first time I pulled in to look at a car. He was very friendly, and concerned about what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions without frustration and got me the car I wanted. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

This was our first time visiting Glockner Ironton, but I do not see it as our last. Prior to our purchase, we had visited other Buick dealers and for one reason or another left without a purchase. Not because they didn’t have what we wanted, but do to lack of commitment by salesmen or lack of respect to us as customers. Just the opposite at Glockner Ironton. We called ahead to see if the vehicle my wife was interested in purchasing was still available. We talked with DJ Blackburn. He went out to confirm and called us back immediately. We drove up to the lot and DJ came out and was a gentleman from the start. He was the most informative salesman that I have ever dealt with. He went over every detail of the vehicle. We returned three days later to purchase the vehicle. DJ was in contact during that time away. But not once was he disrespectful or pushy. During the purchase DJ and then Joe were so informative on every detail of the transaction. DJ then again went to the vehicle with us , after purchase, and walked us through the OnStar and radio functions. Not leaving anything to question.
