They were rude, plain and simple. I was in Moab and my car would not start so I didn't have much choice. They got me back on the road which I am thankful for. But if you have a choice, choose someone else for service. I would have given them one star except, like I said, they got me back on the road (after a week of waiting).
no call back don't answer phone
I called and called about our recall on my ford fusion on the air bag first they said they had to order the part no call back. Then called them again a month later was told again they had to order part no call back if the part came. Today again tried to call them when talking to service department they hung up on us and when trying to call back phone rang and rang then just hangs up on you.
Lost Drivers License
I left my drivers license lay on the console and it slid through a small opening between the dash and console of my F350. I needed my license for ID to fly home. Moab Ford’s service manager took the dash apart and retrieved my license that same morning and didn’t charge me a cent. I have driven Fords for most of my life and this is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.
Was charged 400 dollars for oil change and diesel filter replacement. My home dealer charges 240. We travel all over US and it is 120 dollars higher than any we have had done.

We went into the dealership looking for a Jeep we seen online. That particular Jeep had been sold but Wes showed us a couple of other options. Wes was very professional and worked with us and got us in another Jeep which for us was a better vehicle than what we had first went to look at. Great place to purchase a vehicle and it is local
Considering my situation and basically not having any business credit and money down wise, they seriously helped out a ton. They got me a good car that i am extremely grateful for. Both Wesley who did the sell and Dustin who did the finance were beyond helpful - thanks guys for assisting me

I was traveling cross country for 2 months. Picked up bad gas in KS. Cascade of issues. The Montrose and the Moab Ford dealership staffs took excellent are of me - the Ford ESP warranty worth every penny. Thank you so much!
Excellent customer service and experince
Entire Crump Reese Ford team is always friendly and professional. Heidi always goes above and beyond this is our 4th vehicle purchase and I can honestly say with everyone it only gets better and always feel we are dealt with honesty and never a regret in our purchase! Kevin Sheets is by far the best ford mechanic we travel 400 miles to for this excellent service!
Happy with overall service and product
My overall experience with Crump Reese Moab was great. Alisha Sims My sales person, was quit informative and wanted to make a deal. Her professionalism far exceeded that of which I have grown accustom to when dealing with sales associates. Overall I would purchase a vehicle from here again.
I hate buying a car. And giving up my 13 year old car was very hard. But Wes did a great job not pushy and was very knowledgeable . Heidi Was also awesome! As was everyine I met while making this deal.
