Buying my new Subaru WRX from Sunset Hills Subaru was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the first phone call to meeting the salesman in person to finalizing everything with the financing department was smooth and perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. I drove over 2 hours one way to get there and would definitely do it again.

First time Subaru purchaser, much better process than the

First time Subaru purchaser, much better process than the last Hyundai bought. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the dogs were adorable. Most importantly I received a fair deal without wasting my time and theirs.

Ridiculous experience… make sure you list off every dash

Ridiculous experience… make sure you list off every dash light because if you don’t they will tell you “there’s no record of it”. Had me wait 3 extra days for a repair and then my engine blew up a week later. Horrible.

Great buying experience.

Great buying experience. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. The staff from the young lady at the front desk, to the salesman to the finance lady were great to work with.

First impression: Patty’s cheerful hello on walking

First impression: Patty’s cheerful hello on walking through the door set the tone. After we exchanged pleasantries she called for a sales person to help and Wendy James answered the call. What a great experience that was. We started with small talk and the conversation segued into what I was looking for and before long I was test driving a 2025 Outback Limited. I left that day with money down on a 2025 Outback Wilderness. On the day of the sale finalization Rich Nguyen was friendly and extremely helpful in ironing out the details of the sale (warranties etc). It was a great experience. So much so, I came back with my wife 3 weeks later with my wife and she bought a new 2024 Crosstrek from Wendy & Rich! It was a great experience all the way around!!!

An excellent experience that was unexpected. All of the staff that we dealt with were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. We were expecting a more confrontational and it was anything but that.
