No pressure dealer.

No pressure dealer. Sales(Husein) was super, just the sales guy everyone hopes to have. Finance was a breeze. Going for it's first oil change soon, will see how the service dept. is. Was easy to schedule on the website. If the service is as good as the sales process, I will 100% recommend Sunset Hills Subaru to anyone looking for one.

Made the purchasing process very easy! Follow up after purchase has been unexpected and rewarding. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Start with the good: the sales process wasn't horrible.

Start with the good: the sales process wasn't horrible. The salesperson was easy to work with despite not being able to make decisions on their own- every negotiating point had to be run through the sales manager. But that seems standard most places now. I will say other salespeople I encountered ranged from less than helpful to outright rude (looking at you, lady who stopped answering my simple questions after I said I was already working with a salesperson). Now the bad: Absolute garbage communication, while also never leaving you alone! They will absolutely bombard you with emails from multiple people, even if you're already working with a back of house person. After the sale, expect emails and phone calls about service, "technology training", surveys, extended warranties and more. The hilarious part is if you ask for more info on one they somehow manage to never send it! Totally annoying and unnecessary. Finally, the kicker for me getting my registration paperwork. The finance person said I'd get a call the following week with that and title. Three weeks pass and I never received a call, text, or email about it (but plenty trying to sell me more crap). I finally call and that person is off that day. Okay. I try calling the salesperson. Also off, but on their day off texts me to see what's up, calls the office, and verifies the paperwork has been ready FOR WEEKS. So now I'm stuck scrambling to get everything else done for registration with less time. Overall, your mileage may vary here. It's worth noting two other dealerships were willing to match the price I got from this one, so maybe the service is better there. I'll find out next time when I don't buy here again.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. My sales contact (Husein) was very friendly and took time to answer all of my questions and accommodate my needs in order to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. I have also come back for the additional services the site offers, and everyone has been very customer-service focused and attentive. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I got well taken care of from start to finish, excellent customer service. I was updated about my Subie’s progress during my wait, and the waiting area is comfortable, clean, and very accommodating.

Finally!

Finally! I arrived new to Sunsethills Subaru and loved the vibe from the start. Well trained dogs wandering, Capable folks ready to help. Comfortable space to read and consider options. I knew what I wanted and had my ideals as the dealer’s focus from the start.i was treated like a competent adult. All of this was novel to me. Having bought now three Subaru and four other cars it was refreshing that Rob Carroll was respectful, and efficient. Therefore I bought on my first visit and recommend loudly.

I recently took my Outback Wilderness to Sunset Hills

I recently took my Outback Wilderness to Sunset Hills Subaru for routine service. The staff is friendly but professional. I was kept informed during the entire process and everything was explained to me upon completion. I highly recommend them for any work you need done on your Subaru.

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"!
