So far so good.

So far so good. Initial contact , hearing my needs , price were great. Looking forward to delivery in a few weeks and consummation of what I hope will be a smooth transaction.

NEW SUBARU ASCENT FROM SHINGLE SPRINGS SUBARU

Great experience

The bumper on my new Subaru had a paint chip. I fully expected to make an appointment to come back and have the bumper replaced. The Shingle Springs Subaru dealership replaced the bumper while I was completing my paperwork in the finance department. Wow!! I was speechless.

Not Happy

Their web site (Shingle Springs Subaru) says you don't need an appointment to get an oil change. Went 25 miles to get an oil change and was told the could not fit me in that day. On a later occasion took the car in for routine maintenance. They took the car and told me to wait. After about 2 and a half hours went to check on my car. It was ready for pick up and had been for at least an hour. They told me the car needed work on the oil pan. This I did not question but I had not noticed any leak. To get that work done I was told I had to come back another time. Paid an invoice for oil change but later learned that the oil was not changed. Came back about a week later and had oil pan work done under warranty. This time they changed the oil and refunded what I had paid before. Okay, mistakes happen. More than a week ago I emailed the service manager and asked about getting a trailer hitch installed. No response.
