Dawn was able to help me get my Android Auto working when

Dawn was able to help me get my Android Auto working when no one else could! She didn't give up and took me through the steps of (finally) a factory reset on the infotainment system. I can't express how frustrating it was to find help with this issue - and then how happy I was to find Dawn, who was determined and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the name of the two guys who also helped, but to Dawn and the guys - thank you! It's people like them who make a business an asset to the community.

Shingle Springs Subaru is a 40 minute drive from my home

Shingle Springs Subaru is a 40 minute drive from my home in Rocklin, but their staff are friendly and competent. A dealership where you will like to go back. Not a stuffy corporate chain store.

Everyone was helpful!

Everyone was helpful! The system they are given to work with is quite cumbersome. At each of the three points of contact they asked the same questions, i.e. phone address etc.. Not a big deal but somewhat annoying, one would think once you are in the system the basic information would "seed" over.

We have always been very satisfied with the service at

We have always been very satisfied with the service at Shingle Springs Subaru. Both my husband and I own Subarus, he has an Outback and I have a Legacy. Appointments are always easy to make and service at the front desk to get the jobs started is professional and efficient. We usually work with Chuck, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This particular visit was to replace my driver's door side mirror that had been damage. While there to be replaced, Chuck noticed that I hadn't brought my car in for its warranty maintenance check-ins and would have been out of warranty soon for letting too much time lapse. Fortunately, his awareness of it allowed me to get all maintenance work done and keep the warranty in effect. Chuck also gave me the end-date for the warranty next year so I can be sure to take advantage of all covered maintenance one more time. We were given a loaner car for the day, and my car came back far better than when I brought it in; it even got washed! We don't expect to ever buy a car from any other dealer than Shingle Springs Subaru.

We had a wonderful experience buying my wife her

We had a wonderful experience buying my wife her Forester, and then we actually went back a month later and saw Trever again and got me an Outback. We fully trust this dealership and are excited to have it so close to us. Kind, professional people at Shingle Springs Subaru! Walt

Chris Volk helped me get help servicing an oil leak, even

Chris Volk helped me get help servicing an oil leak, even though I was a few thousand miles over warranty limit. I was relieved ! A few days later my brother died after a long battle with cancer. I was able to be there because of the loaner the Dealer provided. This is the second repair this dealer has provided just outside warranty miles limit. I can’t imagine buying my next Subaru from anyone else . Thank you Chris and Shingle Springs in a time I needed kindness.

I was treated very courteously, and I am completely happy

I was treated very courteously, and I am completely happy with my experience. Service representative recommended tire rotation which I agreed was a good idea. My appt was for oil change. Everything done in timely manner. No complaints.
