1. I had to haggle with my trade in. 2. They took too long to prep the car. 3. They snuck in a $1,800 warranty that I thought was to decline the service.... 4. Trying to get refund was a nightmare. Emails to the salesman went unanswered; I was placed on hold for up to 8 minutes trying to reach the finance department. 5. Salesman told me to call; finance said they needed to hear me say, I wanted to cancel; another person said I needed to send another email. Really got the run around. 6. When I finally got a live a person she was extremely rude and told me to calm down. Never again.

I also a...ppreciate the reviews that explain where and when we miss the mark. These reviews can help us improve our guests experience. And then there is your review that does not even approach the reality of what actually transpired. My team members work hard to satisfy our guests and sometimes we make a mistake. However, in your case, all documents were signed and initialed disclosing every financial aspect of your contract. The warranty was explained, offered and you agreed to purchase it. The warranty form was also signed and initialed as well. Your purchase on the 2nd of October was followed by the cancellation of the warranty on the 4th. Cancelling a warranty is simply a process here and we gladly handle each request quickly. Since the vehicle and warranty was paid for by personal check, we simply have to wait to ensure that your check has cleared the accounts. Once that is done, we issue a refund check in full, back to the guest. This process was explained over the phone, even while you screamed and yelled at our accounting department personnel. Today I have listened to the voicemail you left for my Finance Director.. The filthy language you chose to use is astounding. In my 30 years in the Subaru business, I have rarely thought "I wish we had not sold this person a car". Now mind you, that we have sold about 46,000 cars in 30 years. So with that stuck in my head, along with your abhorrent behavior toward my staff, I am more than happy for you to please return your Subaru Crosstrek by October 12th, for a complete refund of all monies exchanged. Assuming the Crosstrek is undamaged of course. I expect a very high standard of guest handling from my team here, and like I mentioned before, we can make mistakes from time to time. But I do not expect my team to be disrespected verbally, dressed down for something that was no mistake of theirs. I am happy to handle the paperwork myself and give you the check as well. I will make sure that your trade in is ready, and full of gas too. I will happily supply you with a map to all surrounding Subaru dealerships with phone numbers. We purchased a 2015 Legacy from Shingle Springs Subaru several months ago and just want to say it was the best car buying experience ever! never thought... I would say that! The whole process start to finish was absolutely wonderful not to mention the great deal,and no pressure friendly sales team. Then we took it in for service. I knew was a mistake. I told my wife the dealerships are the worst place to go. Well, Wrong Again!!! The service department rocks. They will bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule, wash your car, explain in detail services and you're in and out with a smile on your face. Ill say it again "THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROCKS" I guess I should also mention that we are extremely happy with the Legacy, she drives through the sierras twice a week and I no longer have to worry about her driving in snow or ice. The Legacy feels so sturdy and solid you will actually look forward to diving in winter conditions. We cant imagine going anywhere else to buy another car, Sincerely Mike and Jenyn.

I wanted to let you know about the TOTALLY WONDERFUL experience I had 09/25/18 purchasing my second car from your dealership in Shingle Springs. I had... done some research on the vehicles I was interested in and felt well prepared for my car shopping trip. Before I left work I???d emailed the on line sales department for a couple of quotes and headed up the hill. I was greeted by a salesperson who was friendly and polite and when I told him I???d requested some on line quotes he immediately went to find Daniel. First off, I was excited to see the on line prices were thousands cheaper than the advertised prices. I was already winning! Daniel was professional but in a personable friendly way and he showed me everything I wanted to see, even offering to go get the cars so my daughter and I wouldn???t have to walk. I fell in love with the 2018 Impreza 2.0 hatchback that I???d requested the online price for and took it for a test drive. I LOVED it! I felt no pressure to buy as the online price was good for 72 hours with 500.00 deposit (as long as the car didn???t get sold to another buyer) and offered to put the 500.00 required deposit to hold it while I did a little more research. As I pulled out my checkbook to write the deposit, Daniel said ???I can see you really love this car and I want to put you in it today. How can we do this???? I told him the bottom line was money and I wanted a car payment for 5 years and under 500.00 with a 100,000 mile warranty plus only had a minimal amount to put down, etc. I thought I was asking the impossible. He disappeared (maybe to go talk to you, as you passed us leaving the building while he was showing me the features on my wonderful new car, he told me you were involved) and came back a few minutes later with a deal better than I???d imagined. SOLD! Off to the finance manager Paula. I was prepared for a hard seller like the gentleman finance guy I had 5 years ago, but no! She was super friendly and easy going and I liked her style so much that I bought the CILAJET as I really felt like she was interested in me and had my best interest at heart when offering it. She was amazing as she continued to chat with us while multitasking the tons of paperwork required for the purchase. She never lost her smile or good humor. You have a real gem there. She???s a keeper! Paula passed me back to Daniel and he proceeded to try to teach me all the really cool stuff that my car can do. He was patient and let me interrupt to ask questions while still guiding me thru all the bells and whistles. Even offered to come to my house if I couldn???t get the garage door opener to pair with our home mechanism. This is my 5th brand new car purchase in my lifetime and I???ve never had a better experience. I want to also mention how fabulously I???ve been treated by both Jan and Mason in the service department. This is how you make customers for life. Keep doing what you???re doing.
Great experience and great people. Only wish Tom was still selling Vienna dogs! Found exactly the car we were looking for at a reasonable price. However... the dealership should had matched the price of my trade in that was offered by the Subaru dealership in Roseville. It was 200.00 below of the Autonation dealership when I was told ???they all use the same 3rd party???. I feel I???m owed $200.00. Overal though a great experience. Would definitely shop there again........
At the 6000 mile service, Claire Barnett gave me an in-service for my wife's 2018 Subaru Outback. She was excellent--very patient and very thorough and... knowledgeable. It was a pleasure. She took as much time as I needed, and it never felt rushed. She is a definite asset to the dealership.

Buying our son his first car from this dealership was truly amazing! The entire staff put you at ease from the moment we stepped onto the property. This... dealership is pleasant, clean and has a very low stress vibe. Tom was Awesome! He followed up as promised, communicated well, was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent listener, relatable and had our best interest in mind during the entire transaction. All the people we worked with had the same pleasant approach and went above and beyond in every way. This little dealership outside of Sacramento has something special indeed!
