Service

Had a flat fixed there waited two hours got up next morning flat again charged me $33.00 Then i had to pay someone else to fix it

Everyone at Marlow Ford in Luray Va have been so nice and helpful. I just purchased my second car from them.Rob and Krystin were especially helpful in finding my new car. All the guys in the service department always do a great job. I would definitely recommend Marlow to my family and friends.

I have tried to like this Ford Dear because it close to...

I have tried to like this Ford Dear because it close to home. But the last 2 time I have had my F250 into them they have failed my expectations. First by miss diagnose of a Transmission and now today failing a state inspection do to rust on a brake rotor. I believe now that it’s all about the money and to xxxx with customer servce

Quality Dealership

Good people, great communication, great experience. Purchased a used vehicle from them online then drove 6 hours from NYS,. The sales rep Anthony L and finance person Rob S had the car and paperwork ready to go and i was out the door and back on the road home within an hour. The car itself was just as advertised and communicated to me up front. The website provided the Carfax and even original window sticker. Any other questions Anthony answered immediately via phone. Best of all there were no surprises, no pushiness, no issues, just a quality used car that drove like a charm for 6 plus hours going home. Afterwards, I even took it to my local dealer for an overall inspection and all was great just as i had hoped. So overall thank you Marlow Ford, keep up the good work!

2016 F-150 FX4 XLT

Found the truck of my dreams on their website and initiated a request for more info. My salesman, Bobby, went above and beyond to make this happen. We drove from Georgia to pick it up. They had all the paperwork ready and was in and out in no time. Bobby went over all of the functions everything on the truck. I would highly recommend Marlow.

Lied to me or weren't making enough money off me..

I found a jeep for a really good price on their website, and worked out the numbers over the phone and email. I sold my car because they gave me a ridiculous trade value on it. Then I applied online for credit.... As i live 7 hours away and wanted to make sure i got a decent rate. 45 minutes after I had applied (they ran my credit thru 3 or 4 places) I had called back to accept the terms and place a deposit. I was informed "oh sorry that car that we have been talking about for a WEEK....JUST SOLD AT AUCTION.... okay sure. Im not even sure the jeep existed or they werent making enough money on my deal and wanted to sell it to someone else. I feel deceived and unvalued as a customer. I told them I was selling my car and they could have stopped me and said hey... now im without a car until i find another one!!!!!....If you have any intelligence you will heed my warning and go elsewhere with your money.... these people give car salesmen and dealers the bad reputation that they have. Such a shame. Im just glad i didnt drive 7 hours to get there and they 'sold" it. I guess they had the decency not to have me do that.

2019 Ford Edge

This was the first time I had been to Marlow Ford. J.W. Painter showed me several vehicles and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted he got the car from another dealer for me. Joe And Chris helped me with the paper work and I got to drive my new car home yesterday. I was treated like family and got a good deal.
