    Extremely disappointed by the customer service here. I previously thought they had great service, until the service department damaged my car. I have been... extremely patient with them, asking for help with the repair costs, and they have repeatedly refused to get back to me. I have called the shop multiple times over the course of a month and now every time I call, "the manager is in a meeting." I am now unable to put winter tires on my car (they damaged the studs), which is a safety risk to me as I live where it snows. Don't go here if you want your vehicle to be treated properly.

    My husband and I have been in the market for a new truck for the last 2 years. But the truck we really wanted we couldn't afford and we weren't interested... in a used truck. Decided to check out the end of the year deals and got really excited when they had a 2019 Chevy Silverado in our price range, however it wasn't at Woodland Motors and they'd have to request it which I was assured wasn't an issue. However once our amazing Saleman Vinny called the other dealership for whatever reason they didn't want to release it. We were devastated. He then asked how we felt about the 2020 Trail Boss !!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! The truck is amazing and WAAAYYYYY beyond our budget, he asked if he could atleast try and make us smile since its only 2 days from Christmas .. Let's just say, he was able to get us into our DREAM TRUCK .Merry Christmas to us and a very special thank you to Woodland Motors for making our ultimate dream come true.

    This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The dealership has a great vibe, everyone is nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.... Vinny went the extra mile several times, including helping me on his days off. You need to go here for a new vehicle and definitely ask for Vinny!

    Robert Simpson was friendly and provided excellent communication and information about the car I wanted. The buying process was relaxed and easy, despite... having two kids with me! Robert is a personable and patient salesperson, and I would recommend his expertise to everyone. Next time I am looking for a car I will certainly go to Robert at Woodland Motors first.

    I was happy to purchase my first truck from this dealership in 2016. But this year my wife was ready to trade in her 2012 Toyota Prius . She has always... been green with respect to our environment. She narrowed her search to a Bolt or a Leaf. After doing her research, the Bolt won. We love it, roomiest small car ever! My son is 6’7” and I’m 6’4” and we fit! I even sat in the back seat behind him. If you have never checked out a Chevy Bolt... try it at Woodland Motors!

    Jason Gasbarro did a great job walking us through the buying process. We were comfortable with the negotiation and got a fair price. Jose was great at... explaining the “paperwork “ and made the process quick and easy.
