I Saw the escape list it on the Internet it was a good price so me and the wife rode down to check it out it was a very pleasant buying experience and I want to recognize Debbie Wilkins who was very good no pressure to buy the vehicle and I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a used car had a very good price .

Can’t say enough about them! Took my Chevy Trax in for some minor bumper repair. It took an extra day but that was because they weren’t satisfied with the color, I’d rather have right than quick! Returned it WAY cleaner than it was!! Will continue my service with them!!

Serious problem with my car traveling stopped at 1st state check! Excellent, man took care of me Asap got to problem and this place every department is top notch! The way they run this business is with heart and Good Customer Service and they show they care about the public and their jobs! Please use them you will not regret it! Worst Experience Ever
I dropped my vehicle off at 9am for a scheduled appointment that had been scheduled for 2 weeks. I called later that day at 3:30 pm to get a follow-up and they had not even looked at the vehicle. They could not even say that they would be able to that day and they knew that was my only vehicle. Not to mention they knew I had to be at work the next morning. And they were going to be closing 1 hour from then. And then the lady who answered the phone was very inconsiderate. Never again will I want them to have my vehicle in their shop. Good customer service goes a long way. And that is something that 1st State in Georgetown, DE is lacking!
