Replaced my water pump, tension pulley, and my a/c

Replaced my water pump, tension pulley, and my a/c compressor all under warranty. Gave me a loaner Silverado truck while my Colorado was being repaired. So glad I picked up the extended warranty when I bought the truck a little over two years ago. Very satisfied with service at First State Chevrolet in Georgetown DE.

Jake was my salesman.

Jake was my salesman. He was incredibly the best! He went over and beyond customer service. He took care of me with excellent knowledge. I came back the next day to purchase. Y car. It was his day off he said I will come no problem. He was there! Went to finance met with Kim Spencer. Unbelievable she was the best! Her personality was incredible she took care of me with the upmost service. Everything was all prepared for me I was in and out! Loved her. Never seen customer service like her and Jake. I hope anyone who goes has the experience I had. The GM Penuel Barrett was wonderful he actually set up my visit due to him being on vacation. Overall my visit was a 10! If I could give it.

I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had with

I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had with First State collision! Yesterday I backed out of my garage to quick and the spoiler was pulled by the door. I stopped at our regular garage and was told it was very bad. Had to be welded, could fly into traffic behind me etc. Needless to say I was terrified as I drove down to first state collision on 113. "Mark" came out and looked at it and told me it wasn't that bad and if I had it there by the end of the day he would check it out first thing in the morning. He couldn't guarantee anything but he thought he might be able to pop it right back in! This morning he called and said it was ready to go and didn't need anything! Such a relief as we are leaving next week to go to California to see my family. We haven't been out there in 9 years! This Thanksgiving I am so grateful for Matt and First State Collision! They will definitely be our "go to" from now on. Happy Thanksgiving to all! Gwen Rogers

I checked many dealer references and found this

I checked many dealer references and found this dealership pretty straight forward . Jim the service manager all business however gave me some idea of what he thought my issue was. At this point it seems he was correct. He mentioned drive it 500 miles for the full service benefit.
