Car was not cleaned out when I got there. Didn't even see Gray box that was on passenger windshield, so NOT REMOVED !!!! I drove a hour and a half to get there. Have had calls about buying a car from there. Peter doesn't know what Paul is doing.

J S worked on my Ford Escape charging the AC and changing shocks. I was quoted a price of $1500 and when I went and picked the car up the price was almost $2500! I was never told it would cost more. Now the car rattles ….it did not rattle before. Not a professional dealership.

Do not take your vehicle to this dealership for repair! I went in for an overdrive issue and they gave me my car back with a blown engine! They could not get the check engine light to come on so they repeatedly put the car in overdrive until they blew the engine... The sad thing is I purchased this vehicle from this dealership with the mindset they would treat me better because of this! Wrong... Lesson learned!

Never use this dealership if you ever want the truth. Bought a used King Ranch F-150 and later called to order a replacement mirror because of damage. First mirror that came was wrong because we didn't know the original owner had gotten aftermarket mirrors so they told us they could get us the right one . We asked at least 6 times if the new mirrors had all of the features the broken mirrors had and each time we were told yes. When they came they had none of the needed features. At that time the parts manager lied and said he had told us they might not have "all" of the features (a lie) and that he told us "all sales are final " another lie.the general manager and owners refused to ever even talk to us about it. Only after over a year did the new manager tell us that he would check into it and get back to me( another lie). Nothing has ever been done or have they ever even attempted to do anything to help us, just complain that it has been over two years and I guess we should have get over it. Would never deal with this dealership again and have made it a point to convince anyone I can to definitely never buy here. So far I have convinced at least 5 other people to avoid this place.

Nick and staff did a great job. The Escape passed inspection and is ready for license plates. I will only buy used cars from a dealership because the dealership will only sell a used car that is in good shape. I liked the dealership and Nick so much that they will be the first place I stop in to buy my next truck in a couple of years.

Purchased a nice car at a good price. Everyone we worked with during the process were very nice and knowledgeable! My only complaint is that they said upfront they were negotiable on the price of the vehicle and in the end they wouldn’t come down off of the listed price.
