Bought a 2006 black Toyota Sequoia very happy with it had couple things after the sale I found needed attention auto max stepped up and took good care for me thanks everyone

They wanted 9000 and 11000 out the door for a honda accord witch had 86000 miles on it. Looked at other dealers and none of their accords are even close to that expensive and many had lower mileage. So I called them up and offered a fair deal for the car which was 7 grand way over blue book value. The car has been on their lot for almost 6 months and they would not even negotiate. Apparently their salesmen suck so bad at selling a car they can't even accept a reasonable price . Stay away from these people they have no clue what they are doing you will be better off going somewhere else if you can help it. Running a business this way will probably cause them to go out of business.

I?m glad I found what I was looking for at Roseville Automaxx because they were very easy to work with & made buying my new to me vehicle easy. Roseville Automaxx also got me a great rate on my auro loan.

In the last 5 years we have purchased 2 now 3 cars, this has been the best experience. Max was very informative about the truck we test drove and even knew about all the extras. He took the time to show us how most of them worked too.(that's a first) He also did whatever ya do to get the phones blue tooth to hook up. We had to take our last car to Verizon to do that...(yes we are older and don't know how to do much ) Max was so helpful. Overall we appreciate how honest he was in finding answers to questions he didn't know the answer, His personality and humor, he kept us laughing and that's an A+ for us!

Friendly staff, helpful. I had already found the car that I was interested in on Cars.com which made the experience all the more so expedient. We test-drove the car, had our trade-in inspected, agreed upon pricing, ran credit and had a signed deal in a matter of a couple of hours all-in.

I live in Fremont but saw a great looking car on Cars.com at Automaxx in Roseville (125 miles away). Naturally, before leaving the house, I called ahead and when Max answered the phone, he assured me the car that I was interested in was there. When we arrived the car was waiting. Max waited patiently while I performed my inspection, then we went for a test drive on the freeway and on city streets. There was no sales pressure. The car looked to be in really good condition, and very clean, just one ding and a few scratches. CARFAX listed the car as having a clean record (no accidents), with a single California owner and some regular maintenance performed at a dealership. All things considered the price for the car was very attractive. The paperwork was done efficiently and a short time later we were on our way. I usually don?t buy used cars and was dreading the experience but in this case, it was a smooth and relatively painless transaction. Thanks, Max and Automaxx!

They were dismissive. They didn't offer a test drive and seemed to be occupied with other things. There weren't any other customers there.
