Great experience

Alex Kampwerth at McGinley Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM made the process of purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee easy, smooth, and very satisfying. I live about 90 miles away, and Alex engineered the entire deal in series of emails that followed an initial single short phone call in a response to my online inquiry if they work with Chrysler Capital, that has been offering great cash backs and 0% interest rate. Alex pointed out that I also qualified for additional Chrysler Capital cash back offer that I didn’t know about despite my careful research. Very impressive. Late at night on Monday I submitted a Chrysler Capital online loan application that was approved within 30 seconds, and around noon on Tuesday I got a call from Alex that they are ready for me to get the vehicle. We worked out Thursday afternoon as the day that worked for Alex and me, and the dealership kept the vehicle reserved for me for these 2 days with no deposit. When I arrived the only thing for me was to sign papers at Sarah Sloan’s office, which took about 15 minutes. After I signed papers, Alex spent a long time with me, downloading to my phone Jeep and Sirius apps and guiding me through the set-up process. Then we sat inside my new Jeep and he went slowly and patiently over the amazing technology that I’ll need to master on my own. Steep learning curve for a guy who drove 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. Overall, it was truly a great car buying experience. The dealership itself has a beautiful, clean, airy, and well-lit new facility and provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

"JUSTIN, THE MINISTER OF CAR SALES"

I was in the market for a used car for about 6 weeks. I searched online, drove 3 hours away to Indianapolis 3 different times, an hour and a half to Lexington, ky, looking for my perfect car. Wasnt just looking for a car, looking for the perfect car. The Infinity fx35 is what I wanted, but everywhere I went, there was always something about the vehicle that wasn't good, to me, I'm picky. Well, 4 hours away online in Illinois I found a great looking car. I spoke to JUSTIN, a salesman at this dealership. He was super helpful. The car was a 2011 Infiniti fx35 and looked great on the pics. I asked him to go through the car and tell me everything that he thought would be a blemish. Looking at the pictures the car looked perfect. He was so honest and told me of the few blemishes. Since I had to drive 4 hours away, JUSTIN really eased my mind about making that trip. I called and texted him probably 25times even well after he was off work at night. He was awesome and so friendly. I would recommend JUSTIN for anyone wanting the off the stereotype salesman. His proffesionalism was outstanding. So, if you plan on buying a car from this great dealership, definitely ask for JUSTIN, he is the real deal!!!

Nice People

I was looking for a new vehicle and purchased here. I didn't realize until later that I was totally ripped off when I started doing research on price. I would recommend looking around before buying here.

Great Dealership

I just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and it was a great experience! I usually hate looking for a new vehicle due to having to deal with the dealerships but it was different this time. I called to negotiate a deal on a vehicle I was interested in because I live 5 hours away. I dealt with Alex and everything was straight forward from the start. I was told what could be done without all the games and drove the 5 hours to look at the vehicle. Everything was exactly as described and closing the deal was painless. Thanks again!

Highly recommend McGinley. Very easy going and professional staff! Ask for Alex Kampwerth and you wont regret it. The rest of the staff were great as well to easily buy my truck from them without any games.

Loyal customer

December 29th I called McGinley?s because the check engine light was on in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I spoke with Steve Ailer and I asked if I could come in on Tuesday January 2 to find out about the check engine light. Steve told me u can come in whenever I wanted and that no appointment was necessary. I stopped in and told Steve that my autostart was not working either. Steve explained that autostart will not work when there is a check engine light. This made sense. This sensor was an indication that I was having trouble with my thermostat and this was the second time I had this sensor. I asked for an appointment for Friday January 5th. Again Steve told me anytime I wanted I could make that appointment I also ask that he reset the sensor so that autostart would work seeing how cold it has been. My car was fixed on January 5th. Steve treated me as if I was the most important customer he had that day. As I sat there I listened to how Steve was with the other customers and each of us were treated as if we were is only customer. Our experience to date has always been on the floor with dale as or finance people and then we were treated better than great and to find the same treatment in the shop... it could not be better.

I was rather unsure about trying McGinley dealership, as I have heard they were rather hard to deal with. After going there and looking around I was impressed and felt that they were not like as heard. They were straight forward and make purchasing a new vehicle as smooth as possible. We were in and out with all the paperwork completed within an hour. Their pricing is above board and no hidden fees. I have purchased from several dealers in the past, but will continue to shop here.
