Trever, Robin and Pam were very helpful and friendly during my buying experience. Trever was very nice and stayed in contact with me during my car shopping experience. He had Pam contact me and she found insurance with a different company at a better rate. I have been very satisfied with my buying experience at Glockner.

I had pondered on a new car for a while, just wanted something newer, and more reliable than the VW I had prior to visiting Glockner's. I have bought from Glockner's before and it wasn't far from home. I happened upon a post on Facebook showing a Cruze for sale which was one of the two cars I really wanted to consider buying. So, I went in early Thursday to check out the 4 door cars. I had in mind a Chevy Cruze. The FB post showed a black Cruze. They had more on their lot than I saw online as I just seen the black one on FB Marketplace. I knew they'd work with me to get me in a vehicle suitable for me. I browsed over a few of the 4 door cars and still wanted to test drive the Cruze. I did, and it drove excellent! It wasn't long after that, I was driving my "Black Beauty" home with me. I didn't trade in my older VW Jetta, so they were kind enough to drive it home for me so I wouldn't have to find a family member to come and help me get the extra car back home. It didn't take long from the time I got there to go through looking at the cars, deciding on one, test driving, and doing the paperwork. The paperwork I was walked through and was given options on the warranty, etc. which was also explained thoroughly to me so I understood easily. The paperwork process was easy as well with Robin. They had it quickly detailed after I signed some papers, so when I finished signing, the car was ready for a picture with me and to drive home! With my new-to-me car, Tim set up the car for it's first oil change in their system, so I will already be scheduled with Glockner's to have it changed when it's due. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I did with Glockner's. I really love the car I chose and feel it's an excellent fit for me and my children. They also love the car :)

Glockner's Superstore provides its customers with excellent service-whether in the showroom or the service department. I have dealt with Tony Christopher in the showroom for many years. Because of his friendliness, knowledge of cars, and help in finding just the right car for me, I will continue to purchase my vehicles from him. After the death of my husband, I was nervous about buying a new car on my own and trading in my old one. Tony was so wonderful to help me through the process. I trust him completely and am thankful that Glockner's has him in their dealership family. He is a 5-star salesman!
