Bob Spicer and Bommorito Ford have provided excellent service and are easily the premier Ford dealer in St. Louis. His dogged determination to get the truck I wanted despite the pandemic, supply chain issues, and strikes, were commendable. 1st rate by Jim in Finance as well.

Took my truck in to get a wheel cylinder seal replaced,
Took my truck in to get a wheel cylinder seal replaced, was told the brakes have to be replaced. Said I will replace the brakes. Just replace the seal I have a warranty. Went to pick it up 3 days later and they did not replace the seal said they had to replace brake pads first, what the xxxx is going on. Worst service ever. WARNING do not take a vehicle here for any reason they will not do what you want them to do. My next call is to the BBB because I consider this bait and switch AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE

Recently I purchased a Lincoln mkz. Chris Clay was my salesman. As this is my second purchase from Chris. He is very knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchases. Also he and the Staff there work as a team. Me being a female purchasing a car. I was very Comfortable working with Chris. Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a perfectionist. He was very patient with me and not just trying to sell me a car and get rid of me. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST in March of 2020 from
I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST in March of 2020 from Bommarito Ford. In August 2020, I received a phone call that the dealership sold me the wrong VIN by mistake after I had already paid taxes and registered the vehicle and for me to bring in the title so they could correct it. No other options or explanation was given. No apology even for the time out of my day to fix their mistake. The title correction paperwork took MONTHS to get back, like 6 months I was driving around with no title. Then, after multiple follow ups with the dealer, I received the new title in the mail, just the title, no apology, no letter with further instructions, nothing. Well my 2 year plates are due for renewal now and come to find out, I need to update the registration with the state before I can renew my plates because they are tied to the WRONG VIN! Some direction from the dealer on what else I needed to do to fix their mistake would have been nice or any concession for the inconvenience for that matter. Countless hours spent on the phone, and in the DMV trying to fix the DEALER'S MISTAKE and not a single apology from ANYONE! I am so angry with the apparent lack of appreciation for my business and the non-existent accountability to fix their own mistake.
