Taylor Hicks was awesome.
Taylor Hicks was awesome. He was personable and honest, no hard pitches. Taylor was also very knowledgable with the product and process. I had a great experience. This is the second car I have purchased through Land Rover Rocklin and I highly recommend the dealership and Taylor!

Found a car online and lined up a test drive.
Found a car online and lined up a test drive. The sales person Faxon was nice and helpful. Decided to purchase the car. Went in with an approved loan from my credit union but finance said they could get me a better rate. Went with that and proceeded to finance to sign papers. The contract was signed and in our way after paying for some extra coverages since it was a used vehicle. Details of the car and how to operate or special functions were not provided and that should have been because in general everything is electronic and we ended up having to read the manual on a few things. Fast forward 10 days get a call to come back and re-sign paperwork because some of the extras reduced in price. I went in signed and was told I would be emailed copies. Now we are 2 more weeks out still have not received new copies and I get the payment coupon in the mail and the interest rate is not what was originally agreed upon and I was not I formed that was changing at the time of re-signing. By now too late since laon has funded and I was told you saved this much overall and it's only a few hundred dollars more in interest over the live of the loan and if I pay off early I won't pay that. I also had to replace a tire that had 2 nails in it after only 10 days and I barely drove the car and went nowhere to get such nails. No accommodation for that. The finance person also suggested if my original loan was a better interest rate I could refinance the car. He completely missed the point in that a change in interest rates should be communicated, not just tell the person extras went down. Sales was fine. Finance lacked courtesy and communication and seemed like they could have been more up front about the changes. The re-signing was with the finance manager, not the initial finance person so even more care should have been exercised
