I travelrftwo hours to get to the dealership. I had spoken with Kyron on Friday and made an appointment for 930 Saturday morning. I pulled up on the parking lot and he was walking out with keys and hand I was interested in three different vehicles, but only drove to. I got down to process of elimination and pros and cons. I chose a Cadillac ST5. luxury premium plus package. She is white with blacked out tires, detailed trim and black luxury leather interior. The car is clean as a whistle drives wonderful. I I was really impressed with the sales, no pressure, the sales manager, and the finance manager were both as nice as Kyron himself . I’ve bought about 18 new cars in my life and this was absolutely the easiest, no pressure, hardly any sitting and waiting for them to come back-and-forth. They only went back once and I only sat there for about 4 to 5 minutes by the time we arrived till we left, was less two hours . He had told me that we will make sure you leave here with your vehicle because that’s why you’re driving two hours to get a new vehicle. Be happy and satisfied. I truly am. Kyron is truly hands down a five star salesman.

I bought a Express 3500 van at Barry's Chevy and met James my salesmen and Ronnie the Business Manager. It was the smoothest transaction that I ever made. James worked with me to ensure I got a good deal for the van. I'm from NY so I had to fly to Ohio then drive the van back the next day. They were very accommodating and made sure that we completed all the paperwork quickly, because I had to drive back to NY that day and work at 10pm that night. I want to thank Ronnie for not trying to force me into buying the extended warranty like most salesmen do.
