Horrible Service Department Experience
My trucks starter went out so I had it towed to the nearest dealership to have it repaired under warranty. I was given a time frame of 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I had not heard anything from the dealership so I called to see if there were any updates. They told me one more day. They then changed the time frame two more times with the final time estimate being another week best case scenario. They blamed the issue on COVID and difficulty getting parts. I then decided to check in with the dealership that I bought my truck from and they told me they could overnight ship my part in and have it fixed the next day. I then told Century Dodge that I wanted my truck towed off their lot and taken to this dealership. Suddenly my truck is ready to be picked up with in 24 hours of this phone call. Just an hour after being told it could be longer than a week. The general manager explained to me that they put my part in at a lower priority in shipping and that they then switched it to a priority where the vehicle needs this part to drive. I don't understand why this wasn't done from the beginning. Also I was informed by Century Dodge that my extended manufacturers warranty only covered $35 of a rental for the first day and that since my truck will be out for several weeks I will be looking at several hundred dollars to have a rental car. The second dealership I spoke with told me this was not true and that a rental car should be provided. I should have referenced my warranty better but assumed Century Dodge would be giving me accurate information. Ron from the service department was extremely rude and dealt with me like I was inconveniencing him. When I picked up my truck I was given the keys and told that it was parked past a Jeep flag. My truck was one of the farthest vehicles in the parking lot and I started to fear that I wouldn't find it when looking for it. Mind you there were many parking spaces closer. My experience with Century Dodge was horrible. I do not trust them and will never bring my business back to them.

This is my 1st Dodge ever and probably my last Ram 3500 ever... Century Dodge has had my Ram 3500 almost 1 month now waiting on a transmission.. this truck is brand new 2021 transmission making noise I take it in the put a new 2 and 4th gear in still makes noise they order a new transmission been waiting over 3 weeks for the stupid transmission with only 14,000 miles on it ... makes me furious that supposedly the transmission has been delivered somewhere in st louis for 2 weeks but Dodge considers this delivered at the dealership since its close ... no one gives a xxxx and this vehicle is used for work I lose 3 thousand a week that these people se no urgency to deliver I knew I should have bought a Ford or Chevy This is 100% unprofessional and 100% preventable

Most definitely I would recommend Century! First and foremost we are repeat customers! We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!

I recently purchased a 202o ram limited after being a devoted ford truck buyer for 50 years. My sales at Century was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and represented his company and product well. The truck is great and rides likes a super premium German luxury liner. I am quite surprised. Now, I’ve only put 1200 miles on it so far so I mot ready to brag on service as yet. I have not had the opportunity for the experience. BTW, my salesman was Ethan. Great young guy. Get him if you can. I’ll fill you in later on how adept they are in service after the sale.
