Wouldn't buy from them again.

Would love to say buying a car here was a good experience, but it was not. We found an SUV on Cars.com. The salesman was great helped us with an internet deal. The problem we encountered was with Scott the finance guy. We brought our own financing through a local credit union. Scott only had to complete our sales contract and take the check. He was just rude. He seemed upset when we asked questions and basically told us if we didn't like the way he did business we could buy a car elsewhere. It was a poor experience..., Not a Karen, just an honest customer.

When my spouse and I walked into Heuberger Subaru we were supposed to meet a Bryan Younts, unfortunately he was tied up. Mr. Kraft came in made our Subaru experience! He was professional, polite, and forthright about everything. His attention to detail was meticulous and spot on. Highly recommend Mr. Kraft.

I'm shopping for my 2nd Subaru and have made several trips to this dealership (because I research obsessively.) They are always very courteous (and love my dog, too, which is a HUGE plus. :)) Recently I've been working with Ernesto. He is very professional and able to answer all my questions. He's a no pressure sales person, which I appreciate immensely. I'll definitely keep asking for him.

John was very professional.

John was very professional. Never felt pressured to buy. He gave me the details of the vehicals I was looking at as well as his personal opinions. Thankfully, John was able to talk me out of the vehicle I was previously looking at and got me into an Outback. John's partner in crime, "Buzz" made the financing process fast and painless. These 2 gentleman handled business the way it should be. I highly recommend these 2 guys if you are looking for your next car.

Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to reach out to the Manager of the Service Dept and Dealership and tell you how much I appreciate Zeb Holmgren for the help and outstanding customer service he has given my family and I with servicing, repairs and keeping our Subarus on the road. My wife and two kids have Subarus and as busy as everyone is I'm the last to hear about any kind of problem they may be having with their cars. I also work and just don't have the time to deal with a lot of the issues unless very, very minor. Pretty much anything beyond topping up the windshield washer fluid, checking air pressure and oil - that is when I pick up the phone and call Zeb. I have found Zeb to be most professional, extremely knowledgeable about our cars, no matter what we're coming to him with and always friendly and congenial. Zeb is either there, or if I leave a message for him, quick to respond. You know it's not so much about the Dealership as it is about the people that work there. Hey don't get me wrong - it is a phenomenal Dealership - Sales, Service and Parts Dept (& coffee bar) from the front door to the back. It is really about people you know you can trust, that are honest, knowledgeable and make you know that they "have your back" and are always there for you. You know my Dad, sadly no longer with us, who was a car nut, would have loved Heuberger Subaru. He told my two brothers and I that you have to keep your car ready to get on the road in the event of an unplanned emergency. When something breaks, you get it fixed right now. Otherwise after numerous things go out on your car - you are driving an undependable junker, whether new or old. You have to know that you can depend on your car to get you to where you need to go day or night. Of course things can happen. Several years ago when our Outback overheated in Texas, the first people I called was Heuberger Subaru Service in CoS. They (Zeb & Bernard) advised me on what to do and were involved in getting help from Subaru of America, getting our car fixed and back to Colorado. We count on Zeb and Heuberger Subaru Service & Parts Dept to take care of our family cars. Thank you Zeb! We appreciate you! Bill Mitchell & family
