Just purchased a 2024 Telluride with Sheryl McCormick and it was a seamless transaction. I told her what I was looking for and she found me exactly what I wanted. Would recommend her to anyone.

Federico is my local Dodge/Chrysler Dealer.
Federico is my local Dodge/Chrysler Dealer. I dropped off my car in mid July. I was told it would 4-6 weeks because of back ordered parts. I had no problem with that. Once the 6 weeks was up I called to check in. I spoke to Justin and he stated parts were still on order. I asked him if he could call me every week just to let me know where it was, a 30 second phone call was it. He could not do that. Finally in Early September Courtni called me to inform me that after Justin called to tell me that my car was ready (which he did not) That they WRECKED it. There was a hole in the drivers side door. While pulling it in the porter ran into a rack and put a hole in my drivers side door. She apologized and stated that I would not have to repair it but they would be taking care of the damage. (How nice of them?) Two weeks later they called and said it was ready again. I showed up to pick it up and the door had a very sharp jagged edge on it. They said they would take care of that and I could pick it up in two days. I picked it up in two days. On my way home I noticed the inside lever of the drivers side door has three very sharp metal finish pealings on it. In fact it was so sharp it actually cut my hand. I called the Dealer Manager and he basically said that there was nothing they would do about it (Washing their Hands). Now I have an Unlimited milage warranty on this car with a $100 deductible. They waved that and kinda detailed my car for the inconvenience. They had my car for 3 months and a few days. Never again will I use Federico for anything.

Steve, Matt, and Keith are good people. Super fast and easy experience. Called in to confirm car was available, got pre-approved over the phone, showed up after work for a test drive, and left with a great car. Will definitely check them out on any future purchase.
