My husband and I recently bought a Dodge Ram from Colton

My husband and I recently bought a Dodge Ram from Colton and we had the most pleasant experience! He got us in the truck that met all of our needs within the first 10 minutes. He answered all of our questions, explained the paperwork thoroughly, and made the overall process of buying a car completely painless. We are definitely repeat Federico customers!

We bought a Kia Telluride at Federico.

We bought a Kia Telluride at Federico. The buying process was good. However their service department is awful. I brought the car in because I was smelling antifreeze. You could clearly smell it which indicates a problem. Max-the useless service guy said there were no leaks. He then said he added coolant because it was a little low which would also indicate a leak. I still have the paperwork with these statements on it. The car was close to being out of warranty. Fast forward a couple months and antifreeze is leaking onto my garage floor. We contacted Max again and he was zero help. I won’t buy another car from Federico. I took my car to a local service shop and they basically said they weren’t surprised that Max pretty much scammed us out of our warranty time to fix the car.
