I am a hard one to please when it comes to dealer service
I am a hard one to please when it comes to dealer service so consider this in my review. Kim was ready, service (oil change/tire rotation) was fast and the price was fair. Noted when I was preparing the RV for an upcoming trip that the tech torqued wheel lugs to the right specs and refilled the tires with the correct amount of air. Everything they did met my expectations. Additionally, Burton did the warranty transfer for this ‘slightly used’ vehicle without any hitches. I know it seems trivial, but it is really hard to find good service these days but, Kim and IG Burton have been terrific for me and my two FCA vehicles. Hope to but my next Jeep from them.

During the initial stages of the car buying process, we had the pleasure of dealing with a friendly and accommodating salesman named Matt. He made us feel exceptionally welcome and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. However, as we approached the point of purchasing the car, we attempted to negotiate a slightly lower price, to which they firmly stated that they couldn't accommodate. Subsequently, we inquired if they could include some additional perks or "freebies" to sweeten the deal, especially since we had received a more competitive quote elsewhere. Our request seemed to irk the sales manager, who appeared visibly perturbed when he joined the conversation. He conveyed that there was no room for negotiation and left us feeling frustrated. Our experience at this dealership contrasted sharply with our previous car-buying encounters (having purchased seven cars in the past). Typically, we've felt that dealerships were eager to earn our business, going the extra mile to ensure we left as satisfied customers. Regrettably, in this instance, it felt quite the opposite, as if our concerns were disregarded. It's worth noting that a more accommodating approach, perhaps including some complimentary add-ons like a $600 headliner, would have significantly improved our perception of the purchase. We expected a more customer-centric attitude, with some willingness to meet us halfway. Ultimately, it left us feeling disrespected and disappointed with the overall experience. The silver lining in this situation was the opportunity to meet an exceptional individual like Matt. It's regrettable that we couldn't proceed with the purchase due to the sales manager's unyielding stance and unreasonable attitude.

Great place
Went in for a.recall on my 2013 RAM, it only took about an hour for them to do what they had to do. Your new facility is great. Very clean and ample space in the waiting area. The receptionist in the service department was very nice and friendly. Overall I would consider my visit as a great experience. I hope it’s like that the next time I bring my vehicle in.
