False advertising

I found a vehicle with an advertised price that I intended to pay cash for. After the test drive I told the sales person that I would like to buy ( I didn't haggle price) and she came back with a quote for over $1000 more than the sticker price with admin fees. What admin fees are due for a cash sale? A very dishonest dealer!


Ford Edge purchase

Had a great experience while purchasing a new Ford Edge. They let me test drive any car or as many times as I needed to make the right decision and answered all my questions.

Huge waist of time

Called ahead for specific car, drove 45 minutes with wife and 3 kids, to find out the car wasn’t there. I was told 2 different stories when asked about it, then the salesman’s wife pulled up in the car that was for sale, joy riding. Drove that car a then another, to find out that they offered less than a third of my trade in value and nothing to say, not to mention would face me or explain their offer, but expected me to pay full price for theirs! Horrible service, time wasted, and will Never return!


Ford transit 350

great buy. It was worth the trip to purchase in Lawrence. Salesman did excellent job. He had great knowledge in what we were looking to purchase.

Great Service in the Service Department

I called to say my power went out on my brakes on a Thursday afternoon, the service department said to come by right away. Even though they had a full schedule on Friday, they found the time to fix the problem. The service department rocks at the Lawrence location.

Just a little upset. I went by the last "check-up" from the oil change, and had arranged to bring the car in for the items that needed to be taken care of. The "check-up" list evidently had not been updated when the used car personnel put it on the lot to sell. Out of 3 items listed, only 1 was needed. Now all items are updated and I won't need to come back until the next oil change. It would have saved a lot of my time, and yours, if the check list had been updated before going on the lot.
