Came in for an oil change and my check engine light on. Typically when I get my oil changed all tires are rotated and put at the right PSI and all my fluids... are checked and filled. The day after I left my exhaust fluid light came on reducing my max speed to 65mph because it was empty. Definitely disappointed because the service here is normally great. Because I no longer live right up the street I had to go buy my own exhaust fluid and fill it up myself.

Overall experience was good. James Joslin was an excellent sales representative and took very good care of my customer requirements. Only issue I have... is with an issue discovered with my new truck. Apparently the truck I purchased was originally traded with a dealer in Lewis, DE. The truck must have had starting issues from the factory, because it was apparent that a jump pack was used several times and scratched the plastic molding underneath the hood. The technicians discovered a Malibu battery was installed in my new Chevy Silverado truck and replaced it with the correct one. This took care of my battery going dead, but did not take care of root problem. I had the truck for one day and had to bring it back because something continued to drain the battery. It was discovered that the touch screen backlight was staying on continuously. I did not receive my truck back for a week, but the problem was resolved. My main issue because the Lewts dealer ignored the problem, I suffered for a week without my new truck.
