Purchased a Cadillac from them recently. The deal was not bad but literally after bringing the car to my business after picking it up I ended up having to get it towed to a different dealership. The diagnosis was the battery in car was bad. I made this known with my salesman, Kevin, but basically got a “that sucks”. Left a bad taste in my mouth and kind of killed my new purchase. Pretty disappointed overall.

Dishonest folks, they use the bait and switch with attractive ads saying the price was lowered, once they see you are interested the price goes up and now supposedly the ad that was sent was a mistake by Chrysler

Dishonest practices
Bait and Switch on pricing, drove 2 hours to buy vehicle and price change not once, but twice, ended up paying $3500 more than advertised just because the drive and this was the only one around that I had been looking for

Awesome experience and still offered a great price even in a tight market. Sales team was great - no pressure.

Bad customer service and poor business practices.
I would rather give them 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option I was interested in a used truck they had so I let them run my credit the night before and the next day I told them I would be there in a hour and a half after I got off work (that was drive time) to test drive and look at it. I received a text message 3/4 of the way there there was another person that was test driving the truck but it wasn’t sold. I walk in to the salesman telling me they were running the other guys credit and he got approved they were going to sell the truck to him after already running my credit. Their customer service sucked as they could have cared less about any of it.

Lied And Tried To Trick Us
This place tried to trick us once we came to buy the truck we agreed over the phone about. They will say anything but watch out. They are going to get you bad. Management is in on it too. None of them care. They think lying to great people is an ok thing to do. Its awful and we all need to ban this place.
BAIT AND SWITCH ALL THE WAY
This place lists vehicles online for cheaper prices than they are willing to sell them for. Once they feel like they have you they raise the price Dramatically claiming pricing error. Then try to get you to buy something else. D O NOT S H O P H E R E !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should be ashamed.
Terrible service at this dealership. Purchased a 2015 Town and Country Van with 30,000 mile a few months back from this dealership Bob Poynter. We traded in a 2015 Kia Optima 30,000 miles on it too. The trade in Kia Optima was in perfect condition when traded in. Owners keep maintenance up on this Kia always. This van was told to customer that it was also in perfect condition. NOT. Barely 2000 miles put on this van since purchase and it already needs over $1000.00 plus of repairs done on it. The reason for the trade-in was our family grow from 3 to now 6. We was in need for a reliable family vehicle that accommodated the 6 of us. 1st week of owning this van the tail lights and brake lights didn't even work. Was told it was not there issue by the service department at Bob Poyniter Seymour IN. Since then serial other things has gone wrong. Brakes are 80% worn, tail light needs new harness, needs an alignment. The list just keeps growing. Right now the repair are over $1000.00 and growing. This dealership was asked several day's before taking this van down to them that we would need a car to borrow to accommodate 6 people. They gave us a 2 seated FIAT. Are you kidding me. We the current owners of this piece of crap van drove 50 miles 1 way to be given a 2 seated FIAT. Are you serious. We was told that this was all they had to loan out. The service center called with all the problems with this van on Monday 6/18/18. Instead of checking with the manufacture warranty first gave us a price without checking first. Why wouldn't the customer service check on that before getting back with the us instead of giving them a sticker shock of a price? That is a big problem. Owners had to ask service center to call to see what was all still covered under warrant. The taillights should of been 100% fixed the first go around with the service center. It's obvious this van was not even serviced before putting it on there lot for resale. It appears to me this van was probably a trade-in and Bob Poynter just put it on there lot for resell without any kind of maintenance done to it at all. Also we brought an extended warranty to protect ourselves from any future issues as a prevention. Who would of thought that a dealership would not make sure a vehicle before resale would be put on a lot without being maintenance.
Buying a car
Went to buy a car I had seen oncars.com. Drove away in my newly acquired vehicle. They were very helpful. No pressure. I test drove the car and decided on it right then
