Best Place Ever!
This is our third vehicle we bought from Bob McCossh and they are awesome! I had service on a car and bought a car the same day. Everyone was excellent to deal with.
Spent $1000 on a new Alternator that didn't need to be replaced. Took it to Bob McCosh Chevrolet to have it checked out. Story is started noticing volts to drop while on vac. took it to shop said alternator was bad. They replaced it. Hit the road again and volts dropped again. Made it home. Took it to Bob McCosh they said alternator bad. They said was overcharging and shutting off. Replaced it again started home volts dropped again. They said bring it back to see what's going 3with it. 2 hours later get a call saying that it's suppose to do that. That Vehicle has Protect mode to shut alternator off to safe the battery. Ask can I see test for old alternator did not have test only on battery. Which was at 12.6. So if it was overcharging would my volts be higher.... guy said you can't prove that it was good. Took it had it benched tested and passed with flying colors. Called them said he was done with it. Worse Experience in my life with a shop.
Caddilac charges excessive amount
Did you know that you can be charged $245 to have your software reset because your car got too cold? If something like this happens again I will sell my Caddilac and never buy another one again. The people at the dealer are just fine, but this experience really soured me on the brand.

I just had my first experience at Bob McCosh and I would go back in a heartbeat! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I worked specifically with Jason Lang who helped service my car. When the dealership didn't have the specific part to fix my car, he drove to another dealership (20 miles away) to get that part for my car. The excellent customer service stood out to me and I will definitely use them again!
Extended wait time. Don't bother making an appointment. I saw four to five people and cars come in and leave before I did. Service staff were unable to determine cause of vehicle problem (Ac Issue) and I must return to have it fixed. No worries though in order to find the problem they recharged ac for $270, so yea :-). Cashier staff was snobby to say the least, no smiles almost like an inconvenience to take my money. I have purchased numerous new vehicles from.Bob McCosh in the past & have all my vehicles serviced through them as well. Driving over an hour just for the service & professionalism. On this date they missed the mark in all departments & I question whether or not they will have my business in the future.
Best experience buying a car
I recently purchased a vehicle that I had hoped to buy for many years. It so happened that McCosh had one on the lot that was the exact model, color we wanted thanks to their massive inventory. I can't say enough about how pleasent the whole experience was! I have always been a loyal Chevy owner with the exception of a GMC and a Pontiac which is still in the family. Of all the vehicles I have purchased both new and used over the past 40 years, Bob McCosh Chevrolet made this one the most memorable! Thanks McCosh Chevy!! I will definitely return for my next new Chevy!
What a WONDERFUL experience!! I walked in & was Greeted Immediately by salesman, Brad Kennon, he treated me with respect and he was very knowledgeable and patient! I had did my homework and Thought I knew what questions to ask BUT Brad had answered them BEFORE I could even ask them and more, not once did I feel pressured, which was very much appreciated.
