First, I was there for over 3 hours then I was presented

First, I was there for over 3 hours then I was presented with cost of the car and fees. 1000 dollars for the cost and a few other charges like a GPS which I wanted. signed the paper. 15 mins later the manager comes up to me with all new charges and it was lower, and everything was supposed to be at a 48-month contract, so I signed that paper. sat there for over 1.5 hours waiting to get to the finance department and go in there and she says sign here initial here this is what this is and never goes over anything. well come to find out after I left, they got me for 60 months no GPS and an interest rate of 22.50 on a car of $9,800 after a 3000 dollar down payment. So now I'm stuck making a $299.69 totaling $17981.40 for the next five years. I am so beyond mad about this. They only care about making a dollar and their extra money for selling a car. this is my daughters first car and this is a scam. they throw numbers at you confusing the customer and lying to their customers. the finance lady didn't go into details about any of the paperwork I was in her office less than five mins. What a load of crap. Oh, and they threw in a charge for the car being delivered to the dealer ship months before I bought it that they didn't even tell me about until I looked over the paperwork at home. PEOPLE, PLEASE READ THE PAPERWORK AND WATCH OUT.

Brett Clawson was a great salesman, honest, respectful,

Brett Clawson was a great salesman, honest, respectful, all together a great person. I had a learning experience with the honesty of the upper mangement. Once we passed that point the people they were great and had no complaints.

Started off a bit shaky with the repair from the mechanic

Started off a bit shaky with the repair from the mechanic (Justin or Jason)?service staff and customer service was great. The complaint and 3 stats is towards the shortcut and HORRIBLE repair job on behalf of the mechanic - who unfortunately tarnishes the reputation of Ford and the Front Royal dealership. Had we not checked the work and been adamant that there was a defective part before we left the dealership, we would have been in a pickle as we live full-time on the road in our RV and our truck is part of our home. We were blessed Laurel and Bryan, the Service manager stepped in and took care of us. Shout out to Zach as well who stepped in when we first came by to pickup our truck and realized how frustrated and upset we were on the poor repair work....he went out and brought our truck back to the service dept. FIVE STARS FOR THEM!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Matt “the beard” treated my husband really well.

Matt “the beard” treated my husband really well. My husband walked in on a random day and nothing fit the bill. Matt texted my husband that he found something knowing what he was looking for and the number he was comfortable with. After making numbers work, Matt sat on hold with our insurance while I was on hold on my personal phone cause I couldn’t get an agent to speak to ! Above and beyond. Thanks Matt. From the pain in the butt wife of your customer :) Jamie.

Checked in at 8:00 AM out by 10:00. Was introduced to the service manager, I think he was called J.R. He explained what was going to be done and that it would be taken care of quickly. I also spoke with a lady at the counter (I don’t remember her name} that was also very pleasant and helpful. Overall, the experience was pleasant. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet.
