Services were not completed as requested, invoice states tire rotation was completed and it was not. This was the trucks first service and my front right tire has curb rash from a car wash and that tire is still in the same place.

Bought a 2026 Ford Maverick in May 2026. Salesman John Sharp was awesome . The whole team was awesome. I was out with my purchase in 2 hours. In 2 weeks following my purchase had a recall on the 2026 Ford Maverick. Do Not Drive Recall in the Service Department Zack Ordoff was awesome. Customer service was great. Thank you for such a awesome team at this dealership.

Super easy buying process. Jared was fantastic to work with and didn’t play any of the typical dealership games. Went in telling Jared what I needed on my end to make the deal happened and he did that and more. Great to work with.

Excellent experience purchasing and financing my new vehicle. Roy found the exact model and made sure it was transferred to Front Royal. David explained everything during the financing portion. Very satisfied with this purchase and this dealership.

Hsaeed, As you are aware of the issue with the 2014 F-150 my daughter Autumn Bell purchased a few weeks ago has several issues, first of all 2 days after purchase she called her salesman Chris Grossman and told him about the fan running non stop and that it didn't seem normal and he said he would talk to his manager and call back, well no return call, so day 4 Autumn called again and Dido. So on 5/20/2026 we took it to your service department for diagnosis, it has a bad water pump in which it was sold with a bad water pump. I called today your dealership and asked to speak with you, of course no call was received along with Roy funk who was suppose to call me back for updates, well now they say Hamza & Roy are gone for the day. Customer service has been the worst I have ever seen from any dealership and it's not a lack of communication it is no communication at all and topping it off is this was my daughters first ever vehicle purchase and to have to experience such crappy service from your dealership is pathetic. This experience will not be silent!

To be honest, I didn’t think o would be able to make a deal, as I had a low ball trade offer by another Ford dealership. I worked with Jared who came highly recommended and was able to make a deal that met my financial parameters. Bought a great car with absolutely no pressure from anyone at the dealership. Heck, they even delivered the car to my home. Now a customer for life.
