Very Scetchy

Terrible dealership, vehicles are mostly from Canada and they LIE. I hate to leave bad reviews for anyone but the truck I bought they put the sale package for selling and nada as a platinum and so it looked much higher, then I found out its Canadian xlt not platinum worth 6k less, plus they told me no accidents and the insurance company told me there were 2....buyer beware...make sure on your loan papers it's the exact correct package like xlt, ls etc and not left open or off the contract as that's how they are making money and your losing tons when u find out.

Junky vehicle

We bought a vehicle last September from Pennington. They sold us a bad vehicle. So far we have had to sink over $1000 in this piece of garbage and we still have to have it worked on again. It will have to be towed tomorrow and worked on for the 6th time!! Never again. We live on fixed income-we can't afford constant repairs on this hunk of junk.

Junky vehicle

Won’t be buying from here again!

Purchased a new side by side from this dealership. Over the phone they told 33k out the door and with my down payment I would finance at 28,500. Got there signed all of papers and on the way I realized they jumped the price up to 36k on my loan. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone and they won’t return my calls. I’ll be in Monday to either get This fixed or they’ll be getting this unit back!

Pennington in Newton is the best!

We bought a SUV today here and Joel Pennington/Reyna helped us with everything. I can't say enough great things about Joel, our salesman. Super guy, super place. You won't go wrong here if your looking to purchase a vehicle.

Very poor efforts

So on the 1st day things went good. And I was asked to give a great review so I did... I should have waited .( even after my sales person got frustrated and raised his voice with me in front of other customers.. I was almost in tears. Should have left then... within the 1st month I was having problems. I called and was told I would get a call back several times, NEVER called me back... was promised a soft top for all the issues I had.. guess what. Nothing .. this isn't about something free. But its like as soon as they get the sale. They drop u and don't care about issues .. I even asked to speak with the owner. Still waiting for that call also. I deal with the public also with a big business i run and I know its about keeping the customer happy not just about the sale.. guess what a happy customer always comes back with friends ... also I would like to add I had asked about the wobble my jeep had going 60 I was told that was a jeep thing... I went to a tire dealership and they showed me where wires were sticking out and said I should never have been sold that ...so. 1st 2 months I had to pay someone to fix 2 issues that I was told would be taken care of.. I wouldn't have minded if they said it just wasn't covered. But I was told it would be taken care of . I won't be back and I won't refer anyone ... im very disappointed in the efforts .. not hard to make a call to someone that just spent a lot of money there....

Looking for a truck

I was looking at buying a truck from them after driving from Centralia noticed when I got there the truck needed tires had a cracked dash and a rusted hole in the bed of the truck they wanted $13,314 for the truck told them all the problems with it they wouldn’t fix anything or even clean it up. They said best they could do was $11,600 we countered at $11,500 the salesman Al goes to his boss for approval then comes out says best they can do is $11,725 after he told us $11,600 Al kept changing taxes and prices on us thinking we didn’t know better absolute horrible dealership STAY AWAY!

Shady

I was duped into filing out a credit application for a car priced at $11k. After my application was complete and approved the Sales Rep- Al Cross told me the car couldn't be sold because of a title issue. I checked the Carfax, which was provided by the dealership, and no such problem was on it, so I questioned Al about it. He says "The car can be purchased, but it is now $20,099". I told him to discard of my personal info. I'm not really sure what the purpose of any of this is, but this is a very deceptive business.

Best Place For a Raptor!

Great Experience from Beginning to Finish. I dealt with Dillon via Text most of transaction make it n easier to go over numbers back and Forth, he offered me very fair trade for my Vehicle and fair price for his new Raptor on lot we shook hands. 2 Days later I drove 3 hours south and was taking delivery of my new vehicle. Couldn't be any happier! I arrived 1 hour before closing he had truck inside and detailed full tank of gas we went over everything and sync'd my FordPassApp while I was waiting for financing room to be empty. Met with Tara in Finance she had me in and out in no time pleasure to deal with very simple and straight forward no games small town dealership. Would gladly go back anytime was worth the trip and made some new friends as well!!!
