I felt very informed as to what was going on.

I felt very informed as to what was going on. I was given an estimate for 2 hours of labor but the actual repair took less than 45 minutes but i still had to pay for 2 hours worth of labor. I discussed this with shop personnel and was told i still had to pay for 2 hours as this was a standard rate and the person who fixed my vehicle was so experienced he could finish the work faster.

Beware of price gouging and price changing.

Beware of price gouging and price changing. They had a used vehicle listed for $39.5k they stated we could by it for 38.5k, we texted our salesman Nick to make an appointment to come make a deal and he wouldn't return our calls. low and behold we discovered that they raised the price to $42k Crooked?.... You decide....

Charged $102.

Charged $102.36 to be told I had a bad tire. Won’t recommend.was told could be 2 weeks to get in. He put me in where someone cancelled. I feel two weeks is too long to wait. When you purchase a car used or new at a place you shouldn’t have to wait that long if there’s a wait like that a lot maybe more help is needed.

Salesman Eric Weber got bent out of shape when I asked if there was any wiggle room in the price. He said he would take it to the auction and take his losses before He would come down. Good luck at the auction !! We went just down the road to Jim Trenary and made an even better deal !!

After initially not hearing back after submitting an...

After initially not hearing back after submitting an online request Doug took over and was amazing. Handled just about everything over the phone and was very responsive throughout the day. They even granted our request of social distancing and handling all paperwork outside. Even though it was chilly and rainy, they got it all done. Very much appreciated during these times. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.


Poor Customer Service

Drove over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment to view a car just to find out it was being sold when we showed up for our scheduled time. We never received a call from the sales person and we basically got a slap in the face when we showed up. Very displeased with how we were treated and the lack of care. After complaining and over 6 calls I finally received a call from someone apologizing, but at that point an apology doesn't change the nature of what was done. When you speak to someone be aware this could happen to you as well. They don't care.

Be Careful

I found a truck online that I wanted to buy. I called to put a downpayment on it to hold it. I told the salesperson that I lived an hour away, so I wanted to work out the financing and the details over the phone. I asked multiple times for the finance managers number. When he finally gave it to me, no one would answer the phone. Then I talked to the sales manager who told me his "time is more valuable than talking to me on the phone right now." Knowing the financing terms of a deal before driving away seemed like a simple request, unless the dealership trying to pull something. Let us not forget that dealerships make a lot of money up-selling the financing of cars. Just know what your dealing with before doing business with these guys.
