Poor Customer Service
Drove over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment to view a car just to find out it was being sold when we showed up for our scheduled time. We never received a call from the sales person and we basically got a slap in the face when we showed up. Very displeased with how we were treated and the lack of care. After complaining and over 6 calls I finally received a call from someone apologizing, but at that point an apology doesn't change the nature of what was done. When you speak to someone be aware this could happen to you as well. They don't care.

I found a truck online that I wanted to buy. I called to put a downpayment on it to hold it. I told the salesperson that I lived an hour away, so I wanted to work out the financing and the details over the phone. I asked multiple times for the finance managers number. When he finally gave it to me, no one would answer the phone. Then I talked to the sales manager who told me his "time is more valuable than talking to me on the phone right now." Knowing the financing terms of a deal before driving away seemed like a simple request, unless the dealership trying to pull something. Let us not forget that dealerships make a lot of money up-selling the financing of cars. Just know what your dealing with before doing business with these guys.

Entire family has a car
Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. She also was so pleased at the service she received from the time we entered the door until we left 3 hours later. We now have 2 Cadillacs and now she has her SUV. Will always recommend to someone looking to buy.

friendly, reliable service, never have had a problem getting an appointment. I drive twenty miles just because of the good service received.
Courteous and professional service! Appointments are easy to make with convenient options. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Drop off is smooth and quick. Service is excellent!

Al's outgoing efforts to assure quality service promotes and retains customer loyalty. I brought my 2016 vehicle for an oil change and ended up purchasing a new 2017 Cadillac XT5. Brookes Winner walked us through the transaction and took the time to teach us all new features on the new vehicle. As a customer, I feel welcomed and appreciated all the way to Dan Behlmann.
