Excellent

I want to wear normal Ford twice once to get a set of tires and oil change and the second time I had car trouble both times they dealt with me very expeditiously and very friendly I was very pleased with the service

Needed battery

Rick is very professional and so very nice and also trustworthy! It is always a pleasure working with him. We will definitely be back to have our vehicles serviced at Laird Noller

Poor customer follow-up

Totally disorganized. Seemed as though they didn't have any qualified people to service their customers. Supervisory/management people didn't seem to be aware of what was going on. As an example of "organization": the "Select up to 10 employees you worked with:" section of this survey only listed ONE of the three people I had contact with and the "contact" appeared to be a canned email sent to automatically. I found MUCH better customer service with two dealerships out west in Abilene and Salina. Eventually purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition EL Limited from one of them. It seems to me it's pretty sad to think I had to drive over a 100 miles from Topeka to find a dealer that was interested in taking care of me when I couldn't get anybody interested in my own home town. After purchasing my new (used Expedition) and driving it back to Topeka I wanted to purchase an extra intelligent key fob from Laird Noller Ford in Topeka. It took almost 3 hours to get that done and the vehicle sat in their service shop with the keys hanging on the board until someone finally asked me what I was waiting on! That did it for me! If I can avoid having to use Laird Noller Ford in Topeka for service I will make every effort to obtain service elsewhere. Overall, Laird Noller in Topeka is a D- for me. Which takes into account both sales AND service. Naturally I don't expect to hear a word out of them after this evaluation and expect it to go right into the "circular file".....but I feel better now.

Great service

He made sure I had loaner car to drive . He also helped me get my insurance involved and take care of the problem when my car was struck by lightning .

Airbag Replacement

It took Ford (corporate) almost two years to get the parts, but once they did, Laird Noller got it installed quickly. Good job Laird Noller.

Loved the attention to detail

I brought my vehicle in for an undiagnosed problem and Steve May was acceptional in his reassurance that my vehicle would be fixed and finished on time and save me the most money in its repair he is top notch. Thank You Laird Noller Ford you Staff are informative true professionals.

Airbag Replacement

They did the job when they said they would The shop was clean and well organized They may be should have cleaned the smudges off of the inside of the windshield overall the experience was very satisfying ford took care of the problem thank you
