Friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanics.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanics. It was a reasonable price on the service of my vehicle. The facility is very clean. My time spent waiting for the service to be done was very short compared to other places.

I have been there getting my truck serviced several

I have been there getting my truck serviced several times. And they just change the oil. Never check my brakes like I ask and it has cost me several thousand dollars. They don?t stand behind their warranty and they don?t stand behind their word.

Corey was our salesman he was absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and was the sweetest!! He got us the deal we wanted and I am in love with and very happy with my 2025 Chevrolet Trax!!

Mark Porter Chevrolet, Pomeroy, Ohio

Service Dept courteous and helpful with answering questions. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. I am disappointed that they are not caring the Buick line any longer. They were my closest Buick Dealer.

Obviously mark porter gmc personnel does not know.

I called Mark porter gmc to inquire about a 2023 gmc acadia denali that was listed on their web site with photos. This new car was advertised at a reduced sale price. When I called the gal told me had not been delivered yet. I asked if I could put a deposit on it. She said no because it did not have a stock#. When the car arrived 2 weeks later I called to inquire and the price went up $4700.00. I told her that I snap shot the advertised sale price with the vin# and she said that was the may sale price. I told her that they did not have the car in mY and she said I should have put a deposit on it. I was told I could not because it had no stock #. I eventually negotiated on another acadia denali and sent pics of my 2015 gmc acadia denali which only had 34,000 miles. They lied to me and said that the most they could sell the car for was $19,500.00. The discount on the new car was deducted from my trade in price and added back on when they sold it for $23,500.00. I bought the new car on June 21, 2023 and still do not have the title. I called numerous tines and was told the wvdmv has assigned a title number but has not mailed. The temp. Tags have been dead since July 16. I called yesterday and was told there was an issue on the taxes and it was being taken care of. The finance guy named Drew said he would call me back and never did. Shocker! They have been untruthful, deceitful and I will never ever deal with Mark porter gmc in Pomeroy, oh and I would never recommend them to anyone. They have not offered to send another temp. Tag till they get me my title. This is why car dealers get a bad reputation.
