Fast and courteous...though incomplete
In and out in about an hour or less. The only issue was that the Oil Life display was not reset. Typical of most dealers, they try to upsell services that are not yet necessary according to the manual.

Vic was wonderful
Vic made what would have otherwise been a very stressful car buying a breeze. Having to buy a car unexpectedly in January is never fun, but Vic took amazing care of us and got us in the right vehicle. He walked us through every step, and actually had us laughing.
