it was very easy to get an appointment and they explained

it was very easy to get an appointment and they explained everything they were gonna do and I signed the paperwork and then afterwards they explained to me what needs to be done and didn’t hold me to it till I decided when to get that work done. The staff was very nice.

Professional and courteous service.

Professional and courteous service. Use mainly for warranty and service contract work because, while labor costs are reasonable, MOPAR parts are overpriced, and this dealership will only install MOPAR. Many aftermarket performance parts are superior to OEM, but cannot be installed here, So, in effect, this dealership prices itself out of the service market for many jobs.

Service was on time and at good price.

Service was on time and at good price. The issue I had was that I told the service manager about the cover on top of the steering wheel was cracked from the last time that they fixed a recall issue with the turning single and he stated that he would document it but basically we aren’t going to fix it. I wasn’t going to argue with him but it will determine whether I buy another vehicle from Kindle. What he should of said I will order the part and get it replaced.
