Excellent service and pricing
Excellent, fast, happy service as always when getting my car serviced here. However this time I needed tires. I shopped at 3 different places and believe it or now…Jerry’s had the best pricing by far. All 4 new tires, alignment, state inspection, and new blades in just a few hours and at a very nice price at that! I highly recommend this place!

Every person we worked with from beginning to end were all about customer satisfaction. We were hesitant about traveling 5+ hours out of state to work with a dealership we had no experience with. They made it seamless and treated us like returning customers. Israel (our Sales rep) was extremely responsive & professional, Cam (GM) was knowledgeable, came in on his day off & worked with us to meet all our needs, Jose (Finance Mgr) processed all aspects of the contract & financing effortlessly & Mike (Tech) prepped the vehicle & had great attention to detail. Excellent repair. Car works like a new car. I had the 2010 Cobalt inspected, emissions and a few repairs. Later I had the inside of the car seats, floor, and doors shampooed.

Drive straight by this place!
Loyal customer for 11 years. 3/13/2020 bought a new 2020 Camaro SS, that was not on the lot. Took over 3 weeks to get delivery. Traded in a 2018 Siverado Rocky Ridge. As of 4/15/2020, they have NOT paid the payoff to my bank!

Honest, Fair and Friendly
I bought my 2017 Acura RDX from Jonathan at Jerry’s Used Cars in Leesburg. Using their online pricing and email correspondence, I was able to negotiate a great deal ahead of time. Once I arrived at the dealership, everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The entire process was quick and honest.

Painful experience buying a used car from Jerry’s. Get the extended warranty, certified pre-owned, or go some place else. Didn’t return calls or texts in a prompt manner and I made several extra trips to Leesburg as a result.
