What happened to good old negotiations? Apparently it’s a lost art at this dealership. I inquired about a used vehicle, I was fully prepared to negotiate... and welcomed it. Instead I got, this is our price thanks for your inquiry. Not being satisfied, I took the time to write the pre owner manager, Max. Without telling him the experience I had so far, I simply asked for a price and response. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. Being in the same business where customer service is paramount I can’t believe the way this company is ran. I’m not sure how you sell vehicles when you do not take 5 minutes out of your day to respond to someone that does.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated they completed it in a very timely manner and my vehicle was clean when I got it back .

At the old age of 5 years, my Volt had a transmission problem...back to the dealer where I bought the car and who's kept it running nicely since new. ... Good people to deal with, even better when at 91,000 it was covered by a warranty!

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with various members of the Jerry’s Leesburg Chevrolet, Leesburg, VA team. Initial contact... was with Lydia Thomason . She is definitely a go-getter type of Product Specialist and is an awesome asset to the team. She was proactive, friendly, and patient which are all wonderful traits to have for customer service and retention. If there was something we needed clarification about, she moved swiftly to render answers. She works hard to make your experience wonderful. Product Specialist, Tracey Lambert, was the next point of contact and he was phenomenal to engage. I was concerned about a few issues regarding the appearance of the car but felt at ease because he worked diligently to address and accommodate my concerns as well as explained additional purchase specifics. He made the experience calming and extremely stress-free. He was informative, attentive, kind. Our next contact was with Colin Lamb, General Sales Manager. He touched base with us while waiting for the business office. He informed us about what would take place next and how much longer we would need to wait. I found him to be polite, involved and considerate. Maribeth Assaley was a delight to conduct business with during our time. From the moment we stepped into her business office to go over what is often the most mentally exhausting experience actually turned into joyful laughs. She was diligent, fast, and happy-hearted Financial Director. At the end of the visit with Jerry’s, Will James, Pre-Owned Sales Manager approached me with business card in hand and a sincere appreciation for our business. He offered his contact information in the event that I had any questions and/or concerns. He also reaffirmed that my initial car concerns will be followed up with and fixed during the upcoming week. I felt that he was supportive, genuine, and caring. Before I left the premises, I was greeted by a gentleman that cleaned the vehicle. He looked under the car’s hood to remove any leaves that may have been trapped. Unfortunately, I failed to get his name but he added to my desirable thoughts about Jerry’s. He, too, was nice, efficient and dedicated. From start to quick finish, this was the best buying experience I’ve ever received. From doing business with the above mention team members to exchanging light-hearted conversation and laughs with another Product Specialist that conducted business adjacent to Lydia, to the smiles from the cashier to the candy treats left by Lydia in the car. I had an excellent experience. I look forward to doing business in the future with this extraordinary team. I remain hopeful that when I return in a few days to have issues addressed, I will experience the same top rating service. S.G.
