Mr. Andre was great, I’m happy with my purchase so far. So good. Only thing is I wished the process didn’t take so long,, don’t like to stay at dealerships long.

Car has a chip in windshield, notice after 3 days. First person never got work order in. 3 weeks later, 2cd tech didn’t notify windshield company. Had to be Lyft home and Lyft back. Car purchase was also a pain in the xxx, too much info to type. Hasn’t been a good experience!

Well if I can put 0 I would I do not have my car and I haven’t test drove it either. This is my 3rd time dealing with CarMax and this was my worst experience ever. How does the money back guarantee if I never had the car. I started it up and it was a problem smh

That level of responsiveness really matters, especially when you depend on your vehicle daily. I also want to give a shoutout to their MaxCare protection plan—it’s absolutely worth it. Knowing that they stand behind their vehicles and take care of issues quickly gives real peace of mind.
