I purchased a new 2019 ram 2500 diesel from this dealer.

I purchased a new 2019 ram 2500 diesel from this dealer. Once past the initial purchasing experience, the supposed customer service began, or lack of. This in lies the issues with this dealer! The truck has a leak in the rear of the cab interior and has caused many other issues including, but not limited to, mold and mildew on the interior, standing water in cab, discolored headliner, corrosion damage, continual wet interior and wet odor. Who knows what type of electrical issues are to come. Very unacceptable for this type and cost of issue with a vehicle purchased new. In doing a web search, this is a common issue with these trucks. The problem is this dealer will NOT stand behind what they sold and correct an issues that was not from anything caused by the owner or wear and tear but rather a design or assembly issue. Stellantis has gotten involved and they are trying to help but this dealer is making it difficult to get the issue corrected in its entirety. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone because of there terrible service department. If you purchase a vehicle from these people you are on your own. This was my first and last purchase from this dealer and brand. My next purchase will definitely be elsewhere and a different product. Very disappointed!

Evan was very helpful and a great salesman to work with.

Evan was very helpful and a great salesman to work with. The dealership was very good to my family, and Evan even played with our 5 year old while we did our paperwork. They made sure we were well taken care of. I can't recommend Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bloomington enough!
