I bought a new truck from Briggs auto in Manhattan Ks back in july I paid more than the msrp on the sticker and after the deal was done I noticed this so I made a bunch of phone calls and texts messages to a friend of mine that was a salesman there and he said he talked to the owner and he was going to write me a check for the difference this happened for about 2 months I have still yet to receive this check I will never do business with them in the future very dishonest and apparently they only care about making a sale I do know other dealerships are selling vehicles about msrp because of the shortage but those dealerships actually have that price right on the window sticker
Nathan Greenwood did a excellent, pleasant, friendly, trustworthy job in helping us buy our 2019 Tacoma! I would recommend any person to buy a car from Nathan! Salesmen have to be trustworthy and friendly!
Jordan McGillis and T.J. Lindsey are incredible! I had issues with my car and, as a first-time car buyer, I have never gone back to a dealership for getting my car serviced. They helped me navigate my warranty and educated me on what I could do to keep my cost EXTREMELY low! I can't thank the staff at Briggs enough for their genuine care and compassion.
Great customer service
They went above and beyond to help me chose and car and when I ever had any problems with the service, they helped me as much as they could!
After being a customer and leasing a brand new vehicle through Nissan for 3 years now/ often being back and fourth on my time for possible factory screw ups- recall repairs.I encountered the worst experience at the service center.Brought the vehicle in remind you as recommended by Nissan and scheduled by appointment . The guy at the front desk was not informative at all and very rude to me seems like every time I asked a question about the services they were scheduled to perform or any other issues Ive had prior in the past. Seems as though he did not look forward to another customer ever for that day and to top things off I was handed back my keys within half and hour , told they had to order more parts for the recall, ?? didnt inform me about any of the other services that should've been done regardless. Was a disaster, Worst experience ever!
Do Not Go Here
This is probably the worst place I have ever been while trying to buy a car. Not only did they treat me like a number but they also sold the car we were trying to make a deal on to someone else. They dont care about the person, all they care about is the money. When you are that big of a company you would think they would work harder at customer service. I also heard a lot of bad things within my work place about the quality of the car they bought. I had an appointment set. I stood there for 20 minutes without anyone even talking to me. Just to find out that they didnt even know I was coming in. Dont waste your time. Go to someone else.

There are certain things that Nissan suggests for the 30,000 mile service. I originally was reluctant to spend so much money on maintenance. But the service advisors patiently explained the reasoning behind each of the procedures. I chose to have all of the maintenance done on this visit to ensure the continued performance of my Altima. I've been extremely pleased with this vehicle and with the service provided by Briggs.

The service is completed in a reasonable time, the people at the front desk explain what they've done and what any recommendations are along with prices, there is no pressure but they will tell me which service might be the best to start with.
