Great service staff, terrible service department way overcharged. Three hundred sixty dollars service charge to transfer mud Flaps ridiculous Doesn't honor website prices either ridiculous.

My experience at Victory Lane was very good. Dalton Renfro was very informative and helpful, He showed me how to setup the Ford pass app and many of the Mavericks features. Justin McKinney was very professional and listened to my concerns. My only complaint was the inside of the the winshield was still dirty from the build, In the light I can clearly see where they used a suction cup to install the windshield. I have it on my list to do that. An unexpected thing happened when I realized the gas tank was full while taking my test drive. I give them a 2 thumbs up for that. They have a new customer that will be back.
