My initial contact salesman was more than willing to help

My initial contact salesman was more than willing to help and answer any questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. However, he was very busy that day so we were left waiting to finish the deal. There were many other sales people standing around but none offered assistance to help our sales person until I went to one and asked if they could help. At that point he did help us while the original salesman worked with other people that were waiting. He did come by and apologize several times but he was doing what he could. Overall, the deal was made (they did lower their price to an amount we wanted) so we are satisfied. We would recommend this dealership to others and return here if they have are vehicle we are interested in.

You will find nothing but great people working in every department at Toyota of Muncie. My wife and I have been leasing our vehicles there for many years. Courtney Sarten was very knowledgeable and helpful, making my latest lease a breeze.

Unfortunately this is the only way I receive a call back

Unfortunately this is the only way I receive a call back from the service department of the dealership. I understand you wanted to speak to me about my last review; I’ve called twice asking to speak directly to the gentleman who’s left me the message, he’s been out both times. The second time I asked to speak to the man in charge of the man who left the message, I was transferred and waited. I was then rang back to the woman who answers each time I ask to speak to the supervisor of the service department, she has always been pleasant and tries to assist. He was in a zoom call and asked to take my name, number, and said he’d call me right back after the zoom call. I did not receive a call back. This was Thursday. I will be taking time off of work this week to take my jeep to Gaddis and pray whatever they find wrong with it is covered with Toyota considering I just purchased it through them.

Apparently, part of the problem was that we were calling the other number we had for your home and leaving voicemails. Nonetheless, please accept our apology and we hope that we will be able to make things right with you moving forward.

I saw the car on the lot.

I saw the car on the lot. Met the criteria. Was able to deal with dealership to my satisfaction! Feel comfortable calling to ask any questions or concerns that I might have. Totally satisfied.

I have bought four vehicles from Toyota of Muncie.

I have bought four vehicles from Toyota of Muncie. All cars have been great, except this past one. I’ve had to deal with the service desk for quite a few issues in the short three weeks I have owned this vehicle and I’ll have to say Jeff Brinson has been unpleasant. I hate to say nay things, but the treatment I received today was unacceptable. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am to just have something looked at. 2 hours later, after not asking a single update, I asked how long because I had my sons birthday party and this man snapped at me saying they only had two employees working the desk and he could only work as fast as the mechanics when my car had been sitting in front of him finished with what they could complete same day, due to waiting on parts and pricing. I said oh I just got this vehicle three weeks ago I will not be paying anything, and again snapped in a nasty tone “well I never said you were” and I didn’t speak another word to this man til I left when I said thank you. I would not suggest their servicing department. Their mechanics have been “fixing” the oil issue on this vehicle since I bought it, three separate occasions now and STILL have not fully completed fixing the issue…I just bought the vehicle, Toyota. Come on.

I forgot to add. When he said “I could only go as fast as the mechanics could go” and he had already taken three people and gotten them checked out, who came in for a whole problem to be fixed a complete hour after I arrived, rather than just a diagnosis and plug in of a wire he did on the vehicle I brought in that arrived first and waited patiently promptly at 8 am, as they all sat in the office.😮‍💨
