Horrible service Gentilini Ford. Don’t buy a vehicle there. Your warranty there is paper thin. The service department is run by a bunch of dago goombas. They present themselves as being seventh in the nation in customer service. Make no mistake that seventh from the bottom, not from the top.

I was totally impressed...service advisor Mike Gavenda was a tremendous help informed me of my slight problem and the solution, part being ordered and should be corrected in several days . I'm 70 years old and have dealt with numerous service depts. and this is probably the best experience I've dealt with . A BIG 5 STAR. Thank you Mike

I had a wonderful buying experience purchasing a 2019 Ford Edge. I set an appointment after seeing the vehicle online. When I arrived, the vehicle was in a garage area, clean and ready for inspection. While taking the Edge on a test drive, the dealership appraised my vehicle. The offer price on the Edge was a competitive price and their offer on my trade was very fair. My sales rep, Junior Bailey, was excellent. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Post sale, he took the time to train me on all on the features of the vehicle. The entire experience was outstanding.

Ford F150 Lariat. Extremely pleased .
I just purchased a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat pickup truck from Gentilini Motors in Woodbine, NJ. I am so thrilled with my new Ford Lariat!!! It really is a dream truck. Love all the luxury features like the heated leather seats, remote start, sunroof, power tail gate, automatic high/low headlights, navigation etc.. It drives very well, quiet, good in rain. Has great power and should do well with towing my horse trailer. Nice to have trailer electric brake controller already installed and wired for towing. I am happy that they installed new tires. I have purchased used vehicles in the past, that had had worn tires and needed replacement. Motor, transmission, 4 wheel drive and electronics all seem to be running well. My salesman, Emil Bobev, was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable about all the features of this truck, including all the little buttons. He helped me program the phone connection, navigation and entry code. and answered my million questions. The detail department did an excellent job. Can't wait to trailer my horse to wonderful trail rides. I am extremely pleased with the service of their sales people, and management. I was treated professionally and with courtesy. I will certainly spread the word. Very satisfied customer,
