In for 75,000 service.

In for 75,000 service. Car in at 9am, picked up about 5pm. Basic service (no brakes, no tires, no major engine or drive train work). Oil change, spark plugs, V belt. Bill was just under $1,200 (and that was with 15% discount offer). Have owned Lexus, BMW and Chevrolet vehicles. SHOCKED at the amount for simple service. Service advisor tried to say he had gone over charges when I dropped off the car.B.S. NEVER AGAIN AUDI!!! I should have known better than buying anything from The Joseph Group.

Great experience

Had an excellent experience buying my new Q7 Prestige. Called to see if a vehicle was available, salesman said it was not but just got a new one in. Told me all about it m, sent me the window sticker, and it was everything I wanted. Drove 2 hours down, finished the deal, and couldn’t be happier. See or ask for Frank when you go there. He’ll treat you right and even teach you everything about the car. Thanks Frank!

I have just spent the entire day going to dealerships....

I have just spent the entire day going to dealerships. But before I could rest, I had to check on an Audi I had just seen online. When I arrived at the "Audi Connection" with my family, I was excited to see what might just be the car. It took a while to get helped, the two sales people I could see were at their desks. The watched us come in, but kept quiet. We decided to wait for one of them to be free. About 5 minutes later, one gentleman (tall, thin, older) slowly made his way over. Vey slowly. "Can I help you with anything...?" he said in an annoyed tone. I explained I was about to make a purchase, and we came to see a vehicle they had listed online - a Q8 Prestige. "We don't have anything like that" he stated flatly. I explained it was listed as being on the lot. He said that if it was listed, it was listed as "In Transit". He explained that "In Transit" did not mean "On The Lot". I pulled out my phone, showing him the listing. "On The Lot" it said. He said I must have the website up for another dealer. I showed him where it said "Audi Connection". "Oh, I see - You're looking at the Q5, not the Q8." I showed him that it indeed did say Q8. "I'll check on in the system," he said, slowly walking away. I told him we would wait for him outside. 10 minutes later, he came out. He explained that the car was supposed to be there this week, but that it had not arrived. He thanked me for stopping by, and went back inside. He never gave us his card, nor even his name. He never asked for my name or info, and he never offered to call when the vehicle came in. When I went there tonight, I carried with me the title and extra key for my current vehicle. I also had my checkbook. These are items that the "Audi Connection" will likely never see. Because they are not interested. They apparently have enough sales already.

Great buying experience.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

Good Buying Experience

Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

Wrecked Certified Audi Sold -before hitting CarFax

The guys in service are terrific! I should know, my car spends quite a bit of time there (approx every 7 weeks for 2 years). We realized a little over a year after our Certified Audi purchase (23,000 miles at time of purchase), our vehicle suffered substantial damage to the front end & undercarriage. I was advised a Certified Audi could be in a minor accident, but not one significant enough to deploy the airbags. Needless to say, airbags were deployed in this accident. Apparently, Audi Connection turned the car so quickly after acquiring, the CarFax report did not show this accident (can take 90 days!). I've had Audi's before and no issues -love them! This was a wrecked vehicle & I've had nothing but issues & Audi has refused any responsibility when all I'd ever ask was a comparable trade! I only learned of the accident after becoming exhausted w/Audi & going to trade in at another dealership only to learn the 'value' of my car was half of BlueBook due to the updated CarFax report!

For the past 11 years, I have been servicing my Audi A4...

For the past 11 years, I have been servicing my Audi A4 at The Audi Connection (formerly Joseph Audi). My last service visit was very disappointing. I called a week in advance to schedule my A4 for a routine service and asked for a loaner car. The service department told me that should not be a problem. I drive over two hours to have my car serviced and expected genuine customer care. I did not receive this. In fact, my sister (who was with me at the time) said she had better service at the local Pep Boys. Upon dropping my car off, I told Lee in the service department, that I needed a new pair of wind shield wipers and reminded him I requested a loaner car. Assuming that I would get one of the six Audi loaner cars parked out front, I was told I needed to wait until the Enterprise guy came from down the street. I don't understand why I was not given an Audi loaner when I scheduled my car a week in advance. My sister and I were inconvenienced by the wait, paperwork, and inspection of the rental car during the pouring down rain. When I came and picked up my car I asked Lee if they put my wind shield wipers on. He commented that wipers were not included in the type of service I had done unless I specifically requested them. I told him I had requested them- the first thing I told him when I arrived! I went to pay for my service and the cashier said he had not even written down my request. I handed her my Audi discount card they sent me in the mail and she said they already discount the wipers and I would not be permitted to use the card. Why do they send out discount cards for service and parts if they do not honor them? Needless to say my wipers cost $54.00. The cashier reminded me that labor of the wipers would have been another $50.00 to have them installed! Luckily, I was not charged for this service. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I plan on finding another Audi dealer for service. This is upsetting to me, since I have been a loyal costumer for a long time.

Good experience buying car

Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. Four years ago I had a little extra time before a sales call and I stopped in the Audi Connection dealership and gave Greg Meyer an opportunity to tell me about Audi quality engineering. I invested in an Audi after that conversation with Greg and I went back two subsequent times and bought cars. I was treated very well by everyone in the dealship that first day I went into the dealership, and that level of appreciation and respect continues every time I go back. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Thanks to Butch, Greg, and Gib a professional team that supports a great product with strong knowledgeable service.
