I found a truck listed as new on their website showing only 22 miles on the odometer. Since I’m out of state, I handled negotiations over the phone. When they sent me the offer sheet, it suddenly showed 1,500 miles. Before finalizing anything, I asked for a photo of the odometer — it actually had over 3,000 miles. Only then did the salesperson casually mention that their “service department used it.” This was never disclosed upfront, and the mileage on the offer sheet was clearly inaccurate. After I pressed for more details, I also learned that the factory warranty had already started two months earlier, something else that was never mentioned. On top of that, they tack on a mandatory $899 fee for an “EPAP application,” which they claim can’t be waived because it was “already done.” The whole experience felt deceptive and lacking transparency. I was close to signing paperwork before realizing how much information was being withheld. Definitely not a dealership I would trust or recommend.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. Do not take your car to this service center. My Jeep is worse after a year and half than when I took it in. They will string you along especially if you have a warranty and never fix anything. Run! Don’t walk from this place

Robby and the service team were very responsive to what
Robby and the service team were very responsive to what my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problems. Robby and service team kept me up to date as to the status of my vehicle. The dealership was fantastic as I have had no more problems. They bent over backwards to get my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica fixed as I was from Utah was stranded in Cincinnati without it to get back home.

I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.
