Shady to Say the Least
Save yourself time and hassle - go elsewhere! This place is a joke from start to finish. Be cognizant of what you're signing - destination fees - automatic extended warranty add ons - discounts published online aren't honored at the dealership - zero customer service - no return phone calls. When you bring a warranty issue to their attention, they wait until you bring your car in and then tell you that what is a "known issue" is now "completely normal" and send you away. Also beware of them touting their lifetime powertrain warranty - they don't tell you until after you've signed the papers that the warranty is ONLY good if you've completed every single thing at their dealership at your cost - every tire rotation - every oil change - every wiper blade, etc. If you do anything else even do it yourself, you VOID the warranty.

ZERO stars! Nothing but empty promises here. Once they have your money, they will not follow up, return calls, do what they promised to do, or make anything right. They could care less. Watch what you're signing - they automatically add an extended warranty even to new cars which already come with one. Double check what discounts are offered online versus what they'll give you face-to-face. You're baited into the dealership then told you don't qualify for the discounts offered on their website. Another tip - they tout their lifetime powertrain warranty BUT what they don't tell you until you sign the papers is that EVERY SINGLE THING done to your car HAS to be done at their dealership - EVERY oil change, EVERY wiper blade replacement - EVERYTHING. These are some shady shameful folks. Go elsewhere!

Love my Jeep, but with the first FACTORY issue, not only was the first towing company an incompetent mess, but the dealership didn’t have any cars for me to drive, leaving me without a car, for a problem I had zero to do with. I shouldn’t have to pay to rent a car because this dealership refuses to. I won’t be back. From the reviews I’m seeing, they are good at the “no cars” game. Ford never once treated me this way.

Disappointed to say the least. I expected to receive Jeep brand all-weather mats with my new vehicle purchase. When they did not show up at delivery, I was assured by my salesperson, Nick Fugate, that they would be ordered and sent directly. After 8-months of texts and waiting, I decided to contact the Dealership Manager with his name on the sign, Zack Sweeney, to get a resolve. Again, my communication attempt was simply ignored. To me, this conveys a fundamental lack of professionalism and a dealership disregard for quality customer service and obligation after the sale. So far, my Jeep has been great, but my post-purchase opinion of Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep is not positive.

They are big crooks they tried to get over telling me all these things was wrong with my car .. then when my insurance agent went to look at it so they can fix it .. they claimed it wasn't nothing wrong with it.. they tried to cheat me out of my money

I called to make an appointment for a Fuel Pump recall on a Ram 3500, and here is what I was told. "We don't take appointments, we are first come, first served. Bring your truck in and we will likely get it done in 3-5 days if we can get the parts". Does this not sound like my truck could be tied up there for WEEKS or MONTHS?

Cedric is not only a great car salesman, but he really is a great person in general. He has wonderful customer service, and he goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. He made the process of purchasing a new vehicle with no hassle or stress. He doesn't try to push a vehicle on you. He makes sure you're getting the best vehicle that fits your needs, and he makes sure you're happy with your purchase.

This is my 3rd car from Cedric & i wont go to anybody else! He is great & very quick at getting you approved & on your way! I would definitely recommend him when going to Jake Sweeney!
