Great Service and Parts Department and Employees!

Was towed in after hitting an object laying on Interstate 70. Two wheels and tires were destroyed on my vehicle. The employees were very empathetic and immediately started searching for wheels and tires for our vehicle. We own a Dodge Charger Superbee that has special wheels and 20 inch tires. The tires were located locally and the wheels were Shipped Fedex overnight from North Carolina. They had us back on the road home very expeditiously. All the employees were truly friendly and professional. A really terrific Dodge Dealer!

Great Dealership!

As nerve racking as buying a new car can be, the Sales Representative (Nick Quenzer) made the process simple and enjoyable! I was unsure of what type of vehicle I planned on buying but Nick was patient with me and continuously gave me more options that seemed to benefit my family versus his own agenda. The dealership was honest and thorough with details and worked quickly on the financial aspect. I plan on buying any future vehicles from Nick at Colby Dodge and recommend this dealership to anyone!

Overall

When I was ready to buy a new/used car for us I called Colby Dodge and spoke with Nick Quenzer. I told him what I was looking for, he said we've got it. I made an appt went down and purchased that same car that he had suggested. The whole process was smooth and very professional. Outstanding service and sales

I purchased a pickup from Colby Dodge and everything went outstanding. I called to see what inventory they had and what I was looking for. They not only found me the pickup I needed but it was also the pickup I WANTED. Price was exactly what i wanted. I told them what price range I wanted and they actually were under what I was looking for. Pickup was super clean. I can tell they take their job very seriously and also take pride in the work they do. I have not taken anything to them for repairs YET, but plan on it due to the caliber of their service and friendliness. Definitely sending friends and family to do business with them.

Great Experience

We recently traded pickups to upgrade from a 2500 to a 3500. I was able to handle everything by phone and email. We live a couple hours away and have very little time to spend shopping for a vehicle. They ordered exactly what we wanted at a fair price. They delivered the new one and picked up the trade in. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. Nothing was hidden. I would recommend them and have recommended them to anyone looking for a good honest deal. Its hard to come by this kind of great service at a fair price.

We have purchased 2 new vehicles front Jason at Colby Dodge. Each experience has been excellent. Jason went out of his way to find us exactly what we were looking for. The process was easy as could be. I purchased the last vehicle by a series of pics and messages. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Terrible Experience At This Dealership

Very unimpressed with this dealership. I found a truck online- pictures looked good and the price was right. I put in a request for more information. They contacted me and we discussed some details about the truck. They sent me more pictures of the interior and there was a chunk missing out of the seat, which I could live with. I Sked if there was any other issues. The answer was "no". We settled on a price pending the test drive. We drove 2 hrs on a Saturday to test drive it. Once we showed up, we should've gotten back in and left. The console was messed up, the radio was apparently "stolen", there was a handle in the console that the sales rep (Nick Quenzer) didn't even know what it went to. So I went for the test drive. It rode nice, until I tried the 4wd. It went into 4H, not 4L, & wouldn't come out of 4-wd. I took it back to the dealership, and said we'll have to pass. I wasted over 4 hours of my Saturday with my family to test drive a lemon. Terrible experience at this dealership. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Super Service

I broke down on a Friday afternoon and these fellows did a superlative job helping me get back on the road. I was impressed that the bill was reasonable and that they were able to squeeze me in with their very busy schedule. I felt confident leaving my car in their hands, their tech department is knowledgeable and efficient and their service is outstanding. Thanks so much!
