Sevice Review
Came in without appointment. Service staff got car in for inspection immediately and found bad wheel bearing. Part was in stock and replaced in 2 hours. Costs were reasonable.

Value in Warranty Service Contract
I purchased my 2013 Escape from Frederick Motor. I purchased the service contract. I feel that I have recouped my investment in spades and have the peace of mind the the regular maintenance has been performed to the highest standards (vs a nube at the local quick oil service places) Very satisfied!

I brought my truck in for an oil change. My apt was at 9 am. I arrived at 8:45 am. They told me an hour. I did not get out of there until 11:30 am. Which I feel was unacceptable. When I finally approached them they said the mechanics was having computer trouble. Which has nothing to do with my truck . I should not have been kept waiting and no updates ?

Old Fashion Service Done Right
I bought my 2017 Escape at FMC after bringing my leased 2014 one in for service after moving to the area from NYC 3 years ago. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. When you schedule a service and wait for your vehicle it is ready in time frame they tell you.
