My sales guy Josh was great..Really helped me along the way for trade in (jeep) an getting me the best deal on my 2019 Mazda CR-X 5. Which I love, keep up the good work.

I have been in the service lobby for three hours and thirty five minutes. I made an appointment, once I got here I was told that it wasn’t an actual appointment, just a drop off time but not to worry it shouldn’t take long to get some answers, so I decided to wait. I still do not have an estimate on how much it’s going to cost to fix my touchscreen. I could have dropped the off and left. Service department just keeps saying they will have answers soon, meanwhile, I’ve been here almost 4 hours with no estimate on how much more time or how much it’s going to cost.

Logan Tanner was my salsman. He solved every issue that came up.Logan is a good guy with a bright future, Lebanon Ford is lucky to have him.

Josh was awesome! He helped me find the perfect F150 at an amazing price and take it home that day. When I got the truck home I found that he had left treats for our girls and a thank you note. Awesome personal touch.

November 2nd my son took me to Lebanon Ford to look for a car for me since I had just relocated here from Washington state . We had a great young salesman Josh Davis helping us . We actually didn’t see anything that really fit my wants or needs so we thanked him and we’re leaving when he rushed out as we were backing out and told us he had an SUV in the back that he thought I might really like ! He was right ! He brought an Audi q3 around and it was a 2020 it looked brand new . We took it for a test drive and I loved it . We got back to the dealership and Josh was so professional and knowledgeable about the car and the paperwork was quick and easy . Lebanon Ford is very lucky to have such a customer oriented salesman . He was so patient with me he even had me come back over with the car to go over all of the bells and whistles that this car has that I hadn’t had on my previous cars .
