Best thus far
After trying many different city dealers in multiple states over my lifetime, this is the first honest place I visited. I was met with friendly faces who actually listened to what was going on and helped me as soon as possible. Overall easy to communicate and made my stressful situation much easier. A job that another dealer was going to charge me $415 for was only going to be $200 at Foster Ford. 10/10 recommendation from me and I will only use them moving forward for all car related issues.

Waste of time
Contacted this dealer to get more information. I gave them all the information on my trade in and the reason for looking for a 3/4 to . It’s been over a week and they never replied. I guess I learned to pay attention to the reviews on a dealer from now on.

I'm not sure what truck you were looking for but inventory is at all time lows so we probably haven't found anything that might work for you or haven't received what you'd like. I'm sorry that it has taken longer than normal but these times have never been more difficult. It appears you are a ways away from us. Asked about a Ford F250 gave them all My questions and information. Never heard back completely understand why their reviews are horrible. Waste of time. Try another dealer.

I'm sorry that it fell through the cracks. I'm not sure what happened or what truck you were looking at but inventory is at all time lows so it might not have been available at that time. We take pride in our customer service now as we have the previous 30+ years in business. If you feel inclined I would be glad to visit with you about the issue over the phone or in person. Jordan

I'm sorry that happened but I never had notice of an email or phone contact with you thus the reason we were never in contact. I hope in the future that you would give us a call so you can see why we have been in business for a very long time.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Service department was less than helpful when we needed a repair that fell under warranty because we did not buy our vehicle there. Said they would NOT honor a warranty after the 36,000 miles were up and said we better not come see them with an extended warranty because "they don't deal with those people". We had never been there before and will never go back.

I'm sorry this happened, per our policy all Ford warranty repairs are honored and completed reguardless where the vehicle was purchased. In the past we have had several aftermarket warranty companies who would not pay so with those we have a cash policy on repairs and we will reimburse what ever we can get collected.
