Used 2021 Ram 1500 experience

Overall a good experience with this dealer, but there were a couple of rough spots. They have worked to correct these, and have fulfilled all their obligations on both the vehicle purchase and follow up service work.

2014 Ford F150 Fx4

The salesman Chris Miller is awesome. I have worked with him twice now on two purchases. Only issue I have is I feel like maybe the vehicle inspections and website listings could use some work. Last vehicle I got I had to bring it right back in the same day because it wasn?t running good and they had to fix it. This vehicle I just got there 2 issues I noticed right away. Not major issues but issues that should have been addressed and fixed before they even put the truck up for sale. The problem I have with the website listings is I experienced a little false advertising. It was listed to have remote start, and a sunroof/moonroof and it didn?t have either one. I feel like those are add ons they added to raise the value of the vehicle. If you?re listing a vehicle is equipped with something it should have it. Other than those 2 things the customer service was great.

A twenty year pilson auto buyer

Experience

The finance manger tried to add an extra 6,000 worth of extended warranty?s and etc. which none of that was discussed before. Felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured by the finance manager and his tone Change in a negative way after I said I didn?t want any of that. I was given only one key with this vehicle. I asked about a spare and the sales person said another salesman must have lost it and if that?s the case then you?re out of luck. Personally if they lost it i would think the right thing to do is replace it since they lost it to begin with.

We went in looking for a new Jeep JL wrangler. My wife had a few specific options she wanted. Zach searched around their inventory and that of their sister dealership just up the road. The entire experience was pain free, no hassle and pressure free. We ended with a good deal and walked out with a new Jeep.

Will never recommend this dealership

I had numerous phone conversations pertaining to my trade and what I was looking to buy, it seemed like things were on course to be taken care of, went to the dealership, after a 3 hour drive, actually thinking that the drive was worth it, when I was told the appraisal on my car which supposedly came kbb, which was $10,000, less then what kbb had for my car as a trade in

Chris Whitley
