Kristy was the best!! We came in with 0 expectations due to previous bad experiences in car buying elsewhere. We ended up leaving in a dream vehicle after only a couple hours of being there! Service department: I really like the way they take their time and answer all of your questions. No feeling of being rushed. Always a good experience. No appointment for oil changes is very convenient as well. I will drive 45 minutes to Mattoon rather than drive 6 minutes to Casey if that tells you anything.
