The worst service

Never take your car to Adams I had my Jeep 2015 towed my car went into fail safe for the transmission that was only the beginning was told needed a new transmission 6,780 dollars so glad I had car removed and a second opinion all it needed was a transmission svc and fuse changed and a safety recall performed total 385.00 picked up car from second shop and down the road I went - the tech and svc manager need to go back to classes before they try to stick it to other clients

No response from dealer!!!

Was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler, thought I would try them since they have been around a while, we’ll…. Filled out their online form and have since heard nothing, left several messages and nothing either!! Guess with the way the world is with used car sales now , they don’t care anymore!!!

BUYERS BEWARE PLEASE READ!!!

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!We bought our first Jeep from Adams last month. We had about 4 hrs to pick one out and get the paperwork finished due to my wife and I traveling for work we didn't even have time to haggle price. Adams knew we were under the gun and needed a vehicle due to ours having mechanical issues. They ran our loan through APGFCU and Freedom Federal Credit union. They said we were turned down and stuck us with Alley financial. At a ridiculous Interest rate. After our travel we went to both APGFCU and Freedom Credit union and ask why we were turned down. They said they didn't turn us down and showed us the application . We had to wait for the title from the MVA and took our loan and put it with APGFCU. It was our fault for not looking into it but they had us because we needed a vehicle that day and had no time. They took advantage of us. It's a done deal but I wanted you to BEWARE!!! Freedom Credit union is a preferred bank for Adams Jeep. And they offered no help or penalties to Adams.

Sales staff doesn't care about the customer.

I have bought a number of Jeeps over the years from Adams and I must say that my dealings with the sales staff has been less than desirable. The sales manager is a good person to work with, he seems to work hard to complete a deal and make the customer happy. However, the rest of the sales staff needs work. My experiences with the sales staff, they continually failed to keep me informed, made sarcastic comments when a deal doesn't go thru and have a general overall don't care attitude. Needless to say, Adams has lost a customer

Chuck is a good guy, service not so hot

In short, I brought an older Jeep in for service in 2015 and got a new clutch. Brought the vehicle in 10 months later for other issues and they (apparently not looking at the service history) recommended a new clutch. They never admitted any fault on their part.

Mitch from HDeG

Had my first dealing with Keit Cook yesterday at Adams Jeep Dealerships and was very impressed. He took his time and showed many models and made several recommendations that I had not thought of. At the end I bought a new Jeep and the exsperiance was great. I would recommend him anytime !

Still Smiling

I purchased my first Jeep, a modified 2-door Wrangler Sport, From Adam's 2 weeks ago. Scott Cheuvront and Thomas Stiles were both very Helpful. I was allowed to take the vehicle on an extended test ride to show my wife before purchasing which was unexpected and very helpful as it allowed me to judge its highway driving characteristics. I was smiling as I left and can't help but smile every time I drive it; especially after getting in the mud for the first time.

Wouldn't Buy a Jeep Anywhere Else!

We had the best and easiest car buying experience we could've asked for! Keith is the most knowledgeable sales person we've ever met! Had answers to any question we asked. We didn't feel pressured to do anything and we could tell they wanted us to walk away satisfied with what we were getting and not just pushing for us to buy something. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Adams!

Great customer service / very knowledgeable staff

A friend recommended we check out Adams Jeep given their reputation for great inventory and courteous staff. We were first time Jeep buyers with lots of questions, our salesman, Ray, was extremely patient answering all of our questions which made our purchasing experience a lot less stressful. For now we are loving our new Jeep but when it is time to trade in or buy a second we will for sure be going to Adams Jeep of Maryland.

Jeep Wrangler purchase

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU from Adams Jeep in Annapolis. My salesperson Beth Ciancaglini was great! I highly recommend her and this dealer. She made the whole buying experience quick and painless.
