I would not recommend New Castle Russ Hubler. I had service there and the service department was very disrespectful towards me. I asked to speak to the GM but was told he was busy but he'd call me at the end of the day if I left my number. He never called. The next day I spoke to a salesman that said he'd remind the GM to call me but again... no call. It's been over a week now. They clearly don't care about their customers concerns so I'll never burden them with my business again...Ever!

This review is for the New Castle Russ Hubler dealership. Roger Butler and Joe Smith have been the keys to keeping us coming back to the dealership and staying brand loyal. There are many options out there for vehicles, but it is the customer touch and interaction that makes the difference for us. These gentlemen know what a customer means to a dealership, they know how to treat them, and how to keep them coming back. In fact, the culture that they have established at Russ Hubler is apparent in all of the members of the sales team, and all the way through the service department and body shop. Both Joe and Roger have time and time again bent over backwards to make things work for us and have stayed loyal to us as customers. We will never go anywhere else for our vehicle needs as long as the chemistry and customer focus stays the way it is today at Russ Hubler! Great work Joe and Roger, you make the difference and the Hubler name is better because of you both!

If I could give them a zero I would! Back in June 2024, we were traveling to Hagerstown to visit family we live in northern Indiana. Mind you now I was driving a 2002 PT Cruiser that has less than 80,000 miles on it that has had routine maintenance good car and I love it. So it starts overheating. When we lived around there we had bought from Goodwin they were great! This place is a rip-off! Since they supposedly fixed our problem we have nothing but trouble. After we have told several people our story they couldn't believe it, so if you need anything done to your vehicle I sure would steer clear of this place!
