If I could give them a zero I would!

If I could give them a zero I would! Back in June 2024, we were traveling to Hagerstown to visit family we live in northern Indiana. Mind you now I was driving a 2002 PT Cruiser that has less than 80,000 miles on it that has had routine maintenance good car and I love it. So it starts overheating. When we lived around there we had bought from Goodwin they were great! This place is a rip-off! Since they supposedly fixed our problem we have nothing but trouble. After we have told several people our story they couldn't believe it, so if you need anything done to your vehicle I sure would steer clear of this place!

Dealer was great to work with.

Dealer was great to work with. Everyone I dealt with was really helpful. I bought a truck online and truck was as described. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They took a $2000 deposit for a Jeep that we were going to pay cash for, and then a day or two later they decided to "change their policy" and not honor employee pricing (we qualify for employee pricing). They told us we could still have it, but it would be at MSRP, which was $5k more. Very deceitful. STAY AWAY!

Great group of employees!!

Nothing but good things to say about the people at Russ. Wood has been my go-to guy for sales and questions. Sadly we see reviews written when someone has negative things to say.. No dealership is perfect. I’m glad we still have a dealership in New Castle.

Owner of a jeep

I always go there to get my oil changed and service work if I need anything done to my jeep limited there their prices are reasonable for automobile repairs and service I would advise anyone that has a Chrysler automobile that needs repair or service to take it to Hubler

Ripped off for $55

Purchased a new key and was quoted $184 by phone and in person. The bill was $251.88 with tax. They added $55 labor for the programming without telling me there would be an additional charge. When I complained the parts guy (big heavy set guy) said he told me. He did not! I would not be writing this if there was any truth in him telling me about the additional charge. It's not about the money because I would have had the key made regardless because I needed it. This Chrysler dealer is untrustworthy!!! Get a written estimate if you must use them! Clear case of switch and bait.

Bought a Mini Jan. 3. Waited for them to put a part on(45Min to 1 Hr.) Today Jan. 9 got engine light they said to take it to a garage and get a code of what is wrong with car. We live 2 1/2 hr away and now I think we have a problem car. We made an offer and they would not take less than they were asking because they said part for the car was $700.00 and now it seems there is some problem but we have to find the cause at out expense. Wish I never bought a used car there.
